Is this game coming to America? If so when is the estimated release date?

Few more months until the US release, but it is currently scheduled for release here.

I imported the first one, wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be. Second one is going for massive flashy beam effects and such. Hopefully won't go way overboard.

No clue, but I hope it's more than the first game had (on the PS2, the next gen systems might have more suits). The first game on PS2 only has about 14 or so. :\

Since the game is coming out stateside, you can probably expect to see suits from Stateside-released Gundam series, such as 8th MS Team (Gouf Custom, Ground Gundam and GM, GM Sniper II), War in the Pocket (Zaku II Kai, Kampfer, Alex Gundam, Hygogg or Z'Gok-E), Stardust Memory (GP01-Full Burner, GP02, Gato's Gelgoog or Dom custom), Gundam Wing (Heavy Arms and the rest of them), the rest of the G Gundam lineup (perhaps including Death Army cameos), more from Z Gundam, and Char's Counterattack (which is being boasted about in all the press-released screenshots).

This game is coming out March 24 in the U.S. according to Gamestop.

OMG.....This game is soooooooo awesome except for the multiplayer it kinda sucks.anyway mine is in the ps2 version too bad my xbox 360 got the ring of death and my uncle is borrowing my ps3 and i cant buy it in the ps3 cause we are having problems right now so i decided to buy it in the ps2.because its cheaper.
