Skate 2 for sure. New camera's and just everything about it is better. I liked the graphics style better in OG Skate though.

I've only played the skate 1 demo but i can't imagine it being better than Skate 2

ooo i dunno skate 1 felt brighter, had better spots and clothes/decks imo. but skate 2 has more tricks and better graphics. draw?

Skate 2 becuase there are alot of new things and new moves including the hippy jump.

I like the feel of Skate 2 over the first, but I like the city, graphical aspect, and story line more in the first game. To answer your question, I can't really pick one of the games.

this is a tough one for me because in skate 1 you get to see what you broke or whatever all the time but now you only get to see it when you complete a challenge or when u UBER PWN urslf. Also in Skate 2 money is a lot easier to get so that gives Skate 2 a point. There is the instant bail in Skate 2, another point for it, but Skate 1 had a better replay thingy, a point for it. The map in Skate 2 is a lot bigger, a point for it.

Skate 2,
seems like the get off your board feature is pretty nice, and moving stuff around to make your own spots. I didnt play much of Skate 1, but I bought skate 2 instantly after playing the demo. -------------------  | |

I can't really say which one is better since I didn't play the full version of skate 1. But there's just some things on skate 2 which seems to be better.

It's a hard choice for me.
There are just some things I like about the original Skate that I like better. But, the Hall of Meat in this game is greutal. So, probably this one. ------------------- | |

Gah, I wish I could combine the two games. The graphics suck in Skate 2, but everything else is fantastic. I would change a few things, but a Skate 1.5 would be amazing.
