Anyone? Is it relatively good?

It is out in Japan I believe. Part 2 and 3 are almost out there. I still have yet to play but I hear it is pushed back here.

Volume one of .hack came out last June in Japan! Too bad it's taking so long to be released here.

i have .hack vol 1 the import.... i don't understand what's going on in it though, so i don't play it much.. graphics are awesome and the anime looks cool... but i dunno what's going on in it... all i hear is "japanese japanese japanese" then a fight the some more japanese...

i have heard the gameplay is not turn based. anyone know if this is true and if the battles are in real time?

No, I'm quite sure that it is a turn based game... I saw an ad or preview in a playstation magazine I was browsing through in chapters (I know, i'm bad )

the game play is more like Phantasy Star Online.. except you're offline the whole time... kinda... the present the illusion of being online so well that sometimes you jsut forget... actually not really... but it's fun to think like that.. hehe..

I played the english demo at Gamestop. It gives the illusion that your online, (i.e. you can trade stuff with anyone, you can listen in on conversations, npcs save, buy, and other stuff) But, the only thing i hate is that your stuck as one class, the twinblade. it would be cooler if you got to customize your appearence, and stats

yea, i know the whole story now, finally got a translation of the story line. I do feel sorry for Orca though... he gets put into a coma and all you get are mystical hacker powers that make you a god among men.. wait...that's good... yippie!
