I tend to think Natsume has something of a crush on Kite. She's always talking about how great he is, how she wants to be like him, all sorts of stuff. And even though she never says anything directly, Black Rose kinda hints at liking him.

Oh, there is a little romance(or desire for some) in the game. Remember when Mia gave Piros the "love potion"? That was really funny, especially because no one really likes Piros(I don't anyway).

Piros is a major dork... it is pretty funny.

Mistral is a housewife. So she has a husband... but she does tell Kite to not forget to fall in love.

Yeah, Mistral being a housewife would explain the, "Oh! Damn it!!! I burned dinner..."

As for Piros, yeah, even if it is on an online game, who ever calls someone else "He of fair eyes" needs a life methinks.

There is little in the way of any real display of 'romance'...in any of the 4 games...Though in the 4th one there is a jelousy thing between Blackrose and Terajima Ryoko (another character, sorry to spoil that for those who didn't know).

There is a couple of scenes where some characters talk openly, but nothing will get anywhere near a proper romance...unfortunately -_-

Errr...How is that? I can't see how he could be one of the makers of the world...maybe I forgot a scene, but I don't remember anything said in the game to suggest that.

Harald is the maker of the world...or at least its prequel (Fragment)...And if you meant he was part of the company that owns 'The World' and is a Mod. couldn't he make himself more powerful, not to mention immune to Mias Tricks???
