i know how to reset the memery so you can input new codes cause the same thing happened to me here is how you do it:
1.make sure the power
2.turn the power on while holding
[A+B]
3.when the action replay is loading to the main menu quickly hold [Select+start] while still holding
[A+B]
4.when the action replay main menu has shown up quickly let go of all buttons
5.you should be able to input codes again
