When I sign players they ogten become 'concerned with the lack of managerial discipline' and this makes them 'consider their options'!

In my manager profile my manager discipline is 9 out of 20.

Anyone know why this is or how to make it right?

Discipline players? Be more tougher with them. If they lose at home, be a bit more angry with them, if you win at home, be pleased, but not ecstatic.

If you lose away, be angry, but understanding, if you win away, be happy with them... if that makes any sense.

Basically, just be a bit more demanding of you players, and punish poor performances a bit more.

Alternitavely, you could cheat and raise that stat in FMRTE.

Squad discipline is often one of my highest stats... I'm a bastard when it comes to discipline but I am always generous with team talks.

Basically if someone gets sent off for a straight red I fine them two weeks wages, sent off for 2 yellows, a warning if it was at the end of the game or 1 weeks wages if it was with enough time for the opposition to get back into the game.

If a player speaks out of turn during a transfer window saying he thinks another team would be better for his career or whatever (quite a rare case) then its a fine two weeks wages...

Basically, be a prick, the player may get annoyed for a week-month but they generally don't do it again

And if you get asked if you have lost the dressing room always categorically deny it...

My discipline stat is 10, so I am somewhat happy at that
