how do u get lubu as your general?
is it possible to get lubu as general for liu bei and caocao?

It is NOT possible to get him for Liu Bei but you CAN get him for Cao Cao. What you do for Cao Cao's side is:

1. Start the game by beat Yuan Shu and NOT Lu Bu.
2. Then beat Lu Bu.

Yes its that simple.

For Wu, you can recruit/capture Lu Bu near the end of the game.

for WU if i can only get lubu nearly the end of the game then wut i need him for..@,@

for caocao u mean attack yuan shu first and dont ally with liu bei to attack lubu?..and attack lubu after yuan shu rite?

If you attack Yuan Shu rather then Lu Bu, Lei Bei will disappear and join Yuan Shao afterwards. Then you just attack Lu Bu. After winning that part, you will get Lu Bu to join.

As for Wu, you get him late but you can still use him for part of the game. Unlike Shu where you cant get him at all. With Wei, you get Lu Bu for almost the entire game.

hi there one more question howcome i already defeat some enemy generals like Guo Jia& Cao Pi (3 combos) and still cant capture them...how do u get those "hard to capture" generals? and most of the time i cant get so many combo in row ...is there any tips to hit the enemy general with more combos??

how come some enemies can have up to 9 troops in a single battle???how i thought maximum is 8 general 2 troops...

and wut are the spy?

The max number of guys in a battle is 10. If you read the intruction book, it'll tell you that generals with the spy skill can join battles. What you do is make the spy an envoy and then move him to the place where the fight is going to take place. Unless he gets caught, he will join you in battle. You might also get a depot or tower (random).

Lu Bu is hard to capture in the end with Wu.... too many archers.

Okay... why does Lu Bu gain levels so much slower than Deng Ai without his normal Zeal ability? I mean, I had Lu Bu on 8 when I got Deng Ai on 6 (then I gave him Lu Bu's item, the Crecsent spear or whatever), and they fought against Yuan Shao. At the end (Lu Bu having Deng Ai as his strategist), Deng Ai was 10 and Bu was 9. Can you explain that?

Level-up is determined by deeds. Deng Ai gains deed at a higher rate. You can only gain 1 level per fight even if your deed is high enough for MORE levels. Im pretty sure that explains it. However, dont ask me why Zhao Yun gets to level 16 with 5200 deed and Guan Yu, Wen Chao, Yan Liang (as well as others) stay at 15 with 8000 deeds... Im trying to figure that out myself. Basically it requires 2000 deed (if i remember correctly) to get to level 10. Guan Yu, Zhang Fei, and Liu Bei start with 3000 deed but are only level 3 or around there. Each fight you do with them, they gain a level (win or LOSE). I tried losing a battle to test this theory and it works. I sent Zhang Fei by himself to fight Lu Bu so Zhang Fei would lose. He gained a level even after the lost.

Why? He doesn't have Zeal any more, so that doesn't count... and he does LESS than Lu Bu. (who, BTW, takes down 2-4 generals on his own)

Depending on when you recruited Deng Ai, he will start with a different amount of deeds ALREADY. Thats is why. As i said before, deeds determine the level. Even if you take away zeal, you had deeds built up. You can only gain 1 level per fight so you are basically gaining levels that you gained before. Or he might have started with more deeds then the level he was at.

He had less than Lu Bu.... This is strating to get screwed up.

Maybe he has being in more FIGHTS then Lu Bu. Also, Lu Bu comes at a pretty high level already. Tell me what deed for Deng Ai is and what the deed for Lu Bu is as well.
