I can't seem to find a devil's claw, orges fang(not sure if thats its name its orge something), holy water, and the bliazzard ring... i'll update this when I get the anwsers or have more questions...

Devil's Claw can be found in Rebena Te Ra during Cycle 3.
Ogre's Fang can be found in Kilanda.
Holy Water can be found in Moschet Manor during all cycles. You can also obtain it by trading it with the Shella caravan.
The Blizzard Ring can be found in Veo Lu Sluice. One of the Griffins (huge birds) will drop it. You can obtain it by beating the boss. It's in an artifact set.

Alright well no wonder I haven't found the claw.... its in the worst dungeon ever and by my worst I mean the most challenging which actually makes it the best...

Yeah, it's a very annoying dungeon. Not my best dungeon as well.
