ok, i found a letter in tida, and showed it to the man at marrs pass and the old lady at leuda. now everyone is telling me that they both ran away. can i find them again? is this a miniquest? then what's the next step??

The letter from Tida is a side quest. After both Cecil from Marr's Pass and Leu Tipa from Leuda are gone, you have to go back to Tida, back to the old tree again where you found the letter. There you will find one last letter, concluding the side quest. The Selkie merchant in Leuda will sell more items, including Heavenly Dust and Blue Silk.
