Its great when you can find someone else to play multiplayer with, since its do much fun, just make sure they are not a complete treasure hog like my friend is.

Hello, I just got this game and I have to say, It's incredeble! I miss the turn-based battles and set characters though. I don't have a GBA-GCN link so I can't play multiplayer either...oh well

If you really want to play multiplayer (which is much more fun than single player), then you should get a GBA. If you have friends that have a GBA atleast (With a GBA-GC hookup), if not then the GBA would be kind of a waste. If you don't want to spend too much money on it though, you can always just get a used regular GBA. The GBA wouldn't just be used for this though, you could also get some good games for that, so you're not limited to just FF:CC. I say if you have the money, and you want one, go for it!
