Yeah, same here. I never look at the GBA in single player, mainly because I am not holding it and don't want to pick it up. Sometimes I'll use it just to see my bonus, but thats pretty much it.

How else would you know the name of the last boss, though, for trivial information?
Using the GBA (SP) was pretty helpful in determining what some enemies are holding and what their HP is. As for multiplayer, it's a nice touch, but it's a pain to adjust your command list without being able to pause...=\ ------------------- 100% of innovation—from business to politics—is inspired not by "market analysis" but by people who are supremely pissed off by the way things are. It realy helps to have a gba sp, one because you don't have to pick it up to read it, and because it hase a built in light. (I have a very dark basement.) I will finally be able to play 3 player tonight. The most I have ever played with is 2.
I wish that if you were ajusting your command list you would automaticaly defend or something, then you would't have to worry about dieing as much. ------------------- Sign my guest book! Visit Skillet's web site! www.skillet.org

I like it, so everyone can change their list at the same time. Just push select and do it. If some one tries to drown you in the Miasma, then your character will automatically catch up! Only bad thing is if they run near a monster..

Well there are flaws to playing with friends...actually only two that I can think of..You cant fuse spells on your command list like you can on single, and you have to share the treasures that are in the stages...

quote TheLord968Thats why I think your char should automatically defend when you press select. Does anyone know why you can play multiplayer with only one person? ------------------- Sign my guest book! Visit Skillet's web site! www.skillet.org

It can get annoying some of the time having to have someone carry the chalice everywhere, whereas Mog in single player can just carry it for you. But if you wanted Mog to fuse spells with you, he would have to drop it. Anyways, not having the chalice just follow you around kind of sucks because it really limits your mobility (unless you really don't care about getting damaged in the miasma)

Yesterday I finally played FF:CC with four players! It is really fun, but kind of easy. The easy difficulty might be because all my friends pretty much just started out, so we played on a different memory card, and thus we were on the first cycle. When they get good enough we are going to play the game on my memory card a lot. Good thing my friends stayed up all last night and played it...

My brother and I found something very very interesting about a week ago. The amount of money/gil dropped by monsters (especially on River Belle Path) is multiplied in multiplayer mode. We each have a gba and link cable, but enjoy single player more so than multiplayer. So on my single player file, I had my brother transfer his character and I went along and picked up all the money. By the time I gathered all of the artifacts for the first cycle, I had over 7000 gil and all my novice items (shield, sword, and armor). So if anybody wants some quick cash...

I played multiplayer with a friend the other day and thought it was awesome. With both played as Selkies and enjoyed the game so much that we sat up for 6 hours straight playing.
Man were my eyes tired after that. However we got stuck on the Zombie Dragon in Conall Curach (sp?) so went elsewhere. We are on the fifth year now and will be playing again next week. ------------------- I want your love. And I want your revenge
