|
So... Apparently North Korea is testing weapons once again. Who votes everyone in North America will be dead by tomorrow morning?

I'm not worried about another North Korean missile test. The last time they tried this, the thing went 90 miles and crashed into the ocean. My money's on them reaching 95 miles before it craps out and crashes.

North Korea is one of the most pathetic countries on the face of the planet. I mean really, have you seen their website? Judging by the site alone, these guys are incapable of making any type of missile that can even get close to us.

Who cares if they're testing weapons? From what I know, USA test missiles all the time. Heck, they have a base in Western Australia where they blow up bombs and missiles. Why are people getting angry because someone else is doing it too?

Because the international community banned North Korea from testing nuclear devices and long range missiles.

And because they are unstably aggressive with their hatrid towards America and probably wouldn't think twice about blowing us the *bleep* up if they had any means of doing so.

I am not too worried about them testing missiles now, but I still think they could threaten Japan, which is a big enough problem.

Meh, Kim Jong Il is crazy, but he isn't stupid. He would most certainly think twice before actually engaging the U.S.

The less countries that are nuclear the better, in my opinion. There is no "right" to be able to kill millions with the push of a button.

re: North Korea Missile Test |
quote JesusThe problem here isn't the mere testing of their rocket technology. It's the fact that the international community does not want nuclear and ICBM technology in the wrong hands. The thing here is North Korea, Iran, etc. they are testing or at least pursuing nuclear and rocket fuel technology without inspection and permission by the UN. They are going all out on their own program, their own limitations, etc. And they are violating international law. Countries like the United States, China, Russia, UK, India, etc. test rockets and have nuclear technology and missile technology but they either already had them before treaties were signed or they submit to the proper routine inspections and given permission to do so. North Korea and Iran don't. The point of taking this seriously is nuclear and rocket technology should never be in rogue hands. ------------------- | |
