A lot of countries are able to do nuclear and rocket research. But unlike other countries, North Korea are defiant to the international law of practicing such research and resist being inspected by the UN. Keep in mind this rocket launch was technically not a weapon test but technology that could be use in nuclear weapons. 	I honestly believe that the story the government is telling us is a lie. Because there are only two groups inthe world that want Nuclear Weapons to use them, Muslim extremists, and North Korea.
