	I just don't think it is powerful enough to play effectively with on Softcore. HC I agree with you, it is great, but SC it just doesn't cut it. M40 all the way for me. Fully Flared -------------------

	I don´t play HC at all. I only do core games. The M21 is strong enough with Stopping power. And, I go for head shots so really I have no problems at all. The M40 is nice for chest shots but with only 5 bullets I would take the M21 over it. With Stopping power it is a one shot chest kill on anyone without juggernaut, I am fairly sure at least. I have not played CoD4 for about six months though, so I could be a little off. But, in the right hands the M21 rocks. Also, compared to some of the other snipers the M21 has a really quick steadying speed, I can almost instantly pull the trigger once I scope, unlike the M40. I do agree the M40 is nice for the strength and all that, but I would take M21 over the M40 8 out of 10 times. They both are good guns in the right hands, it really all depends on player skill. I have gotten 25 kill streaks with just the Skoprion, which is regarded by many as the worst weapon in the game. As, I was saying it really comes down to player skill.
