I did a few hours ago at GAME, I got one of the last few available for preorder which is kind of lucky I guess. I got a free poster too, yay.

Has anyone else preordered it? I think it's sensible to do so if you want it any time near the release.

Normal was the only option available to me, in fact, the woman at the counter didn't even know what Modern Warfare 2 was... She had to call over a colleague for assistance.

I was considering getting the prestige addition mainly for the booklet showing the game in different development stages, the giant goggle things would've just been an extra.

Edit: In GAME, if you have a points card then you can preorder games for free. If not, it costs just £3.

whats the cheapest place to buy it from i got waw from play and got that early so may do that but any other choices ?

As for me though, I'll be saving for the Prestige Edition.

Standard Edition. Probably won't do the midnight thing, though. I stayed up way too late playing GTAIV when it came out, I was basically trash in class and my track workout later in the day.

Was going to preorder the collectors edition until I realised it was £70.

I'll probably preorder a normal copy this weekend.
