are all new xbox 360 games going to have the cases with a trivial pursuit pie cut out of the front and the back? I cant even put a piece of paper on the case without it bending to the point of putting pressure on the game! Is the economy that bad that Modern Warfare 2, the biggest game of all time has to cut costs on packaging? Wow!

Anyone else notice this with the standard edition of the game? Anyway the game if Fu@king amazing.

Meh, I don't care either way. It's just a case. The boxart looks sexy sitting on the shelf with my other games, that's all I care about. I'm just curious as to why only some new games have this while others don't - both MW2 and Brutal Legend had this kind of case, but then there were The Beatles: Rock Band and Borderlands which both have this awesome case, where you can push down on the little button to pop the game up without any effort.

i wondered the same thing when i got dragon age....then I bought MW2 and it was also this strange new case that's of super flimsy plastic with the pie cut outs.

It seems like this is the design for all new xbox 360 games.

Think about it, shave off a few MM thickness from the case, leave cut outs where you can, you just saved a few ounces of plastic, do this to a few billion game cases and you've suddenly saved a decent chunk of money.

Ha...I hadn't even noticed the case design yet. I took the game out and popped it in my console and never looked at it again.
