How to? I don't see the option to build a giga fortress on the game, the AI seems to build it on any battle tough.

I think you have to have the needed building requirements, or you have to unlock it via Commander's Challenge. I'm not sure since I'm not really a fan of the empire.

U can build it by deplyoing nanocore and dockcore (upgrading twice the last one)

To make things a bit clearer, you first need to construct and maintain(keep alive) a Nanatech Mainframe. This will allow you to research the Docks Breakthrough. Once you have both of these requirements, you'll need a total of 6300 credits to construct a Fortress Core from the Docks. Once the Core has been built, move it to the spot where you wish for it to be finished and hit deploy. Wait a little while, and voila! Your Giga-Fortress will be ready to blast away any opposition in your path.
