Oh wow. Just wow. Mayuri's materialized zanpakuto is so amazing, haha. I was laughing the whole time he was battling. With Zaraki showing up at the end though, hehe, this should be interesting.

Kenpachi looks like he just woke up.....and Muramusa was not in this ep at all.....I need to see Kenpachi and Muramusa face to face pronto to solve the mystery of Kenpachi's Zanpaktou. Hell everybody else came face to face with their sword some even working along side them.

Shinbachi-doesn't appreciate wielder's loyalty to Yorichi
2 squad VC(can't remember name at the moment- really has nothing against wielder

The reasons for their frustrations are as follows.

Ichigo- Relies on it's power too much (lol when was the last time in the manga we saw Ichigo In Shikai?
Renji- Sword thinks he's too weak. (JA JA JA JA)
Byakuya- Probably is mad against his arrogance, though it's hard to tell since they're working together now.
Hisagi- Is mad he doesn't use it, likewise says he wouldn't mind him dying.
Rukia- Can't say for sure, but probably taking her for granted.
Ikkaku- Nothing really, perhaps that he doesn't use bankai.
Yumi- Not much to say, doesn't use his powers and calls it a nickname.
Kira- Can't say for sure yet, but probably for being so mild mannered
Omaeda- For being fat...srsly.
Soi Fon-Lack of style and her needynes to Yoruichi.
Kommamaru- Can't say for sure, maybe for being so obediant to Yanamoto and not seeing betrayal.
Chojiro- For not standing out
Matsumoto- Personalities clash, and thinks Matsumoto is getting old.
Momo-The whole Aizen sama thing and not expecting betrayal.
Hitsugaya- forgot his memory, but also doesn't think a kid can wiled him.
Mayuri- Unsure yet, but probably all the experiments.
Unohana- Unsure yet, can't really see what the sword would have against her.
Kyoraku- Unsure, but probably something sexual considering his sword's appereance.
Ukitake- Unsure, maybe his sickness.

All these frustrations were amplified by Muramasa, and also giving some of them an alternate humanoid form. Zangetsu already had a humanoid form so it wasn't necessary, Ashisogi Jizō's form is probably also humanoid inside considering Mayuri recognized him. The rest were probably creatures and took a humanoid form to better function in the outside world.
