Has anyone seen the latest episode of Naruto? What do you guys make of it?

I haven't seem the episode yet, but I heard the animation is quite good.

Well it understandable on why the anime is bad at the moment, after all it is filler. I think it would have been better if they concentrated on the other leaf kid members such as Rock Lee for example.

I haven't watch the latest episode yet but I've checked out the RAW for 265, quite disappointing to say the least.

Spoilers for Chapter 265.
We don't really get to see too much of Naruto's fight and even when we do, it's just talking. Basically, Sakura and the Old Hag dodge a whole lot of poison-tipped needles and carry out their attack. Sasori's about to strike Sakura with his tail but the Old Hag stops it by using chakra strings (so it seems), allowing Sakura to strike at Sasori's back-plate, obviously smashing it into pieces with her Tsunade-like strength. That's the end of that chapter, like I said, disappointing.

If you were a anime only person, you would have a point. (Because the anime follows the manga.) But since you're a manga reader how on earth can you use that as a point?

Wait, am I the only one who actually liked this chapter? I thought it was quite unpredictable, (which is a welcome change) who have thought Sakura making herself useful?

Sasori fight is far from over, it sort of reminds me of Gaara's fight in which Gaara took a early advantage.

I would like to see Kakashi leaving Naruto to help Sakura so Deidara could fight Naruto one on one. That way we can see how much Naruto has improved.

I'm reading 265 right now myself,as for ra being behind..dang,only 3 chapters?I was behind 260 chapters two weeks ago..helps to have fast eyes and a computer to match i guess,that and a high fever and having stay home..

Anyways,about the sharingan contact lens...where?How much?

I remember talking to The Dark Aeon Anima about those contact lenses, I think he said they cost around $200 but my memory's pretty bad so don't rely on it.

I know you get all different types of contact lenses though, such as Itachi-Sharingan, Mangekyou Sharingan, Sasuke-Sharingan and a pair of Sharingan contacts but with the colour inverted. Pretty sure theres a pair of Naruto-Kyuubi lense's too.

I'd love a pair of mangekyou sharingan lenses,just to freak the teachers at school out.It'd good to have a pair if you cosplayed as itachi at an anime convention..Anyways,i just finished chapter 265,it wasn't as bad as i expected..but it was too short.

Yeah, I'd quite like a pair of the Itachi Sharingan lenses but not the Mangekyou ones. I'm not into the whole cosplay thing so I'll stick to using them at halloween or something.

265 was short, very rushed as well. Hopefully Sasori will beat the hell out of the Old Hag and Sakura for bit before they defeat him though, otherwise it'll just be boring.
