Why No Morale?

Ok, I got the lastest roster update from another website and am trying to start a game as TNA, but everytime I do, all my staff have 0 months remaining on contracts and 0 morale so I can't extend their contracts. I tried to use Arsenic to fix it, but even the "If needed" button on the staff editor wouldn't allow me to fix their morale. Can anyone help me fix this problem?

Did you click CTRL+ALT+Delete when starting the game because it took too long to load?
If so, you've messed the game up like that.

re: WHY NO MORALE!!!

I just tried it with WWE also, and this time, my staff and wrestlers had no contract length remaining, but my wrestlers all had normal morale. Also, my TV show contracts all have 0 weeks remaining.

Yes, but only because it said it was no longer responding so it couldn't start a new game. I'll try again and wait a while.

Ok, that did it. Thanks.

No problems. Mine used to take awhile as well, so I got used to it.

re: Why No Morale?

If the load times are too long I recommend deleting some of the companies and/or workers from the data. That should speed it up a fair bit. Companies take more of the processing time I think, so removing a few smaller ones that you won't use/don't know can get things going quicker.

re: Why No Morale?

I usually just delete all but 5 or 6 promotions, and my game loads in about five minutes. Pretty easy, just keep your favorite promotions.
