![]() Preview After holding arguably the best show in the English tour over their many think superior rivals, ECW prove that they keep defying the odds. Now, back in America, they look to take things more extreme than ever! In undercard action, the cornerstone of ECW Tommy Dreamer will face the Full Blooded Italian, and more than ever since he embraced a more wholesome view of his native country, Nunzio! Nunzio definitely has the technical know how, but will Dreamer's chair swinging ways counter that? The Straight Edged Superstar CM Punk has a huge match at Armageddon, getting the chance to win the ECW World Championship against Rob Van Dam and John Morrison. On ECW though, he has to get through the head wrestler of the Extreme Alliance in Christopher Daniels. Daniels has been on a roll since he arrived in WWE, even defeating former World champion The Great Khali. Can he do the same again tonight and pull off an upset? In the main event, enemies will team up as Rob Van Dam and John Morrison, who have had classic battles since August this year, will take on Kenny Dykstra and Sabu in tag team action. It's an unusual blend of teams and styles. Morrison and RVD will be desperate to prove that they are better than the other, will that distract them from their goal of winning the match? Can Dykstra and Sabu, both challengers for the ECW title in the past, make their way back into contention? Tune into Sci Fi and find out! Scheduled Matches Tommy Dreamer vs. Nunzio CM Punk vs. Christopher Daniels Rob Van Dam & John Morrison vs. Kenny Dykstra & Sabu Predictions are always welcome.

re: Shmoe Does World Wrestling Entertainment - First Raw Back is up! |

Just kinda caught up on this having being overwhelmed by the pace of the shows being put up...generally I'm liking it though certain things like the GTS off the stage (of all the moves to do in that situation that HAS to be the worst and there could be no better time to debut the pepsi plunge
Nonetheless good stuff, would like to see an Armageddon card somewhere in the first few posts. Not sure I like the idea of two number one contender matches at the ppv because it means that the feuds involved for the most part won't last too long. Would have said keep Jericho back a little and frustrate things to make his eventual win even better (great move putting him on Smackdown and I like the Batista/him feud potential btw) though I'm calling it right now that Jericho wins the rumble.

The Armageddon card with all the currently announced matches in up on the first post. After the Smackdown of this week, all matches will have been made.
Shape, thanks for your feedback, the negative and the positive. The reason I didn't have Punk to the Pepsi Plunge is first of all, in reality, anyone landing face first off that drop is dangerous as hell. Secondly, Vinnie Mac would never allow the Pepsi Plunge in WWE. Secondly, I do plan to deubt the Pepsi Plunge, but now didn't seem the right time to me, for reasons that will become apparent. As for two number one contender matches, I used that so that at the Royal Rumble I won't just be booking the same matches. Apparently in game it deducts from your buyrate, and secondly I like the idea of keeping title matches fresh. It will by no means make the current feuds end, it's just a way of mixing it up. As for Jericho winning the Rumble, we shall wait and see...I have great plans for the event, unfortunately, it's still plans I haven't worked out in my head ECW will be up soon, so if anyone wants to predict, feel free. -------------------

![]() ECW on Sci Fi Held at the Peurto Rico Forum - Tuesday Week 2, December 2007 Pre Show: Extreme Alliance II (Elijah Burke & Marcus Cor Von) defeated Balls Mahoney and Stevie Richards in 6:54 This Is Extreme! 'Bodies' starts playing as the fans of Peurto Rico are happy to see the WWE superstars again after an eleven week gap from visiting the isle. The pyrotechnics go off and everybody is in a good mood, ready for the first match of the evening which we're jumping straight into! Tommy Dreamer vs. Nunzio The newly 'more Italian than before' Nunzio gets the crowd going with his new theme music (which starts with a Mario rip off "Its'a Me...Nunzio!") and looks to be ready. Tommy "No Reaction" Dreamer walks out next with a 2x4 in hand, but drops it before he gets through the ropes. The match starts off with Nunzio avoiding Dreamer and his grapples, hitting some jabs at every opportunity. Dreamer eventually gets his hands on him and hits a sloppy looking suplex and covers, one...and an early kick out from Nunzio. The apple polisher of ECW goes to grab the Italian, but he scales the turnbuckle quickly and goes for the Scicillian Slice, but Dreamer dodges and Nunzio lands hard on his ass. Dreamer picks him up and gets him in what looks to be a piledriver position, but Nunzio takes Dreamer down hard and doubles him over in a pinfall, one - two - Nunzio puts his feet on the ropes! - three! Nunzio picks up the win! Rating: C+ Backstage, 'The Fallen Angel' of the Extreme Alliance, Christopher Daniels is standing by, and next to him is ECW General Manager Paul Heyman. Heyman as always has that evil smile on his face as Daniels looks concentrated. Heyman: My client, Christopher Daniels, is the new face of Extreme Championship Wrestling! I looked around my creation becoming this hive of old activity, old faces. ECW was about what was new, what was innovative. I don't need to see old, worn out has beens like Tommy Dreamer, Sabu and Rob Van Dam running around! I want to see the best action, the most extreme action. That's what The Fallen Angel is bringing. And now, when he defeats the man that everybody loves so much, CM Punk, everybody will recognise that the Extreme Alliance is the new power in Extreme! Heyman and Daniels share an evil laugh as a graphic comes up advertising the upcoming bout. Rating: B- for promo, B+ for hype CM Punk vs. Christopher Daniels w/Paul Heyman Punk, the joint number one contender to the ECW title, gets a huge reaction from the faithful here. Daniels, from being an unknown to one of the rising stars in WWE in a few months, gets a pop from the fans of the independents and a few WWE marks. Daniels takes control, brawling with Punk and landing a vicious tornado DDT. Daniels stomps away at Punk and backs him into the corner, unleashing three rapid fire hard chops. Punk hits back with a chop of his own, forcing his way out of the corner, then another, but Daniels haults his momentum with a headbutt and a clothesline. Daniels continues to work over Punk's legs and lower back, knowing that the GTS will be hard without either. Daniels reverses a running knee lift into a Texas cloverleaf, and has Punk reeling but finally gets to the ropes. Daniels whips Punk off to the turnbuckle but it gets reversed as Punk charges in going for the shining wizard, but Daniels ducks and Punk crashes into the turnbuckle, toppling to the outside! The Fallen Angel vaults himself onto the apron as Heyman wills him on, and as Punk gets back, he springs to the top rope and hits a picture perfect moonsault! He rolls Punk back into the ring and covers, one - two - kick out by the Straight Edge superstar. Daniels traps Punk in a sleeper hold as he pulls himself up, but he looks dazed and the ref picks Punk's arm up, it drops once! Scott Armstrong lifts Punk's arm a second time - it drops again! Referee lifts Punk's arm for the third and final time - Punk holds strong! There is life left in him as Punk elbows Daniels in the gut and makes a run for the ropes, bouncing off but missing a big roundhouse kick! Daniels takes off the ropes for himself and comes back, launching himself into a crossbody, but Punk catches him and lifts him over his head onto his shoulders...GO TO SLEEP! It connects hard as Punk drops into the cover, one - two - three! It's over! Rating: B With that victory, Heyman reassures Daniels on a match well fought against one of ECW's elite as Punk stays in the ring, ascending the turnbuckles and signalling that, at Armageddon, he'll finally be ECW World champion. The fans? They love it, of course. Rating: A Backstage, we see Rob Van Dam doing that insanely painful looking stretch he does across two storage crates, meditating and ready for his match coming up next. Before he can finish, he's disturbed by a door closing. The fans jeer as the man who lost his title to Rob Van Dam five months ago, John Morrison, walks in, dressed elaborately in his fur coat and glasses. Rob Van Dam: Hey dude, what'd ya want? You ready for our match tonight? John Morrison: Cut the crap, Rob. Listen, you don't like me, and I certainly don't like you. After all, you're just a washed up nobody who can kick a chair into a persons face, and I'm the Shaman of Sexy, I'm the best dressed A-lister WWE and ECW has to offer. And Van Dam, at Armageddon, I'm going to win my ECW title back. But tonight, we've got to work together, because I'll be damned if I lose to that kid Dykstra and your homeless buddy Sabu. Rob Van Dam: You need to relax, man. Of course I don't like you. You're an egotistical, overbearing, self-righteous asshole. But you're also right. Tonight, I'll put our differences aside for the greater good. At Armageddon though, you're in for a wake up call courtesy of Rob - Van - Dam! Morrison looks pissed as Van Dam picks up his ECW World title belt and walks out of the scene. Morrison slips his glasses off and stares on, before walking off his seperate way. Rating: B Main Event Rob Van Dam and John Morrison vs. Kenny Dykstra and Sabu The way I can describe the way this match was booked was organised mayhem. And that's exactly what it was. Dykstra and Morrison started off, with the former on and off tag team partners going at it, with Dykstra showing some impressive athleticism, but that being countered by Morrison's. Dykstra went for a reverse cross body from the second rope but Morrison ducks and leaps to the top rope, hitting a reverse cross body on Dykstra! One - two - kick out. The fans actually cheered Morrison for that athletic display, which is a rarity. Van Dam is calling for the tag but Morrison is reluctant to tag in his secondary rival to only CM Punk. Morrison picks Dykstra back up and hits a lifting face plant and covers again, one - two - Sabu breaks it up with a stomp. Morrison shoves Sabu away who then dropkicks the former champ in the face! The referee gets control of the Homicidal Maniac and gets him back to the apron. Dykstra has managed to take control though, stomping on Morrison's knee and tagging in Sabu, and Dykstra keeps John in a wrist lock, with Sabu leg dropping from the top rope onto the back of his head! Sabu covers, one - two - no! Morrison kicks out and immediatly starts a crawl to Van Dam, but Sabu pulls him back and drops a knee on his legs! Morrison is in serious trouble as the ECW champion is basically leaning over the ropes for the tag, his hand outstretched! Sabu keeps working over him and pulls him up, landing some hard rights and whipping him into the turnbuckle. Sabu positions the 'Tuesday Night Delight' on the top rope and stands himself on the second rope, springing up and onto his shoulders, hitting an awesome hurricanrana! Morrison is flung half away across the ring though, and is within a finger length of Van Dam! Sabu sees this and charges over with an elbow drop, but its a split second too late, the tag is made! Van Dam comes into the ring all guns blazing, clotheslining Sabu and kicking Dykstra straight off the apron! Sabu tries to mount a comeback but Van Dam just kicks him straight back down again, following up with the Rolling Thunder! Van Dam covers, one - two - kick out by Sabu. Dykstra is back in the ring and starts attacking Van Dam, which the referee tries to stop but Morrison makes his way back in and all hell breaks loose, with punches and kicks going left and right. Morrison quickly jumps back onto the apron and makes a blind tag before ascending the ropes and hitting a leaping clothesline on Sabu. Van Dam is up top - FIVE STAR FROG SPLASH! It connects! Van Dam covers, but the ref tells him he's not the legal man! RVD looks at Morrison, who just has a sly smile on his face as the weakened Dykstra tags himself in. Morrison ducks a clothesline and does his crazy twisting neckbreaker and covers, one - two - three! Morrison steals the victory! Van Dam can't believe it as Morrison has his hand raised at the end of the evening, and a unexpected classic tag team bout. Rating: A* Final Rating: A Attendance: 5000 Sell Out Sci Fi Rating: 17.74 Results: Nunzio defeated Tommy Dreamer in 7:33 CM Punk defeated Christopher Daniels in 11:31 Rob Van Dam and John Morrison defeated Dykstra and Sabu in 13:40

quote ShmoeHmm probably depends on the circumstances and heat between stories + pre-booked matches...wouldn't say it's a guaranteed deduction and would think that in cases it could actually boost it if two guys who've had epic battles before have a final showdown at the next ppv. Solid show, liked the Morrison/RVD promo and as for the A* on the match, wow...I take it you stumbled upon some great chemistry there?

Yeah, I hear what your saying. Just be sure that, no matter what results happen at the Pay Per View, nobody will be immediatly thrown out of the title picture heading towards Royal Rumble. There shall be more epic showdowns.
As for the tag match, I think the chemistry had something to do with it, although I didn't keep it on the screen long enough to know if it was the Morrison/RVD team or Dykstra/Sabu team who had the chemistry. I was just surprised at Kenny or Sabu being in an A* bout! Then again, it could have just been that Morrison and RVD are at A* popularity in every USA region The feedback is very much appreciated, and if anybody else wants to give me any advice, any feedback, or any anything, please, leave a reply! -------------------

Bloody hell @ RVD/Morrison popularity, that's immense lol.
Depends on the stat base really...I think Kenny's ring work is overrated on most mods, he got a surprising amount of A*s for me in the past (though my all time favourite A* has to be Umaga squashing Venis in about 3 minutes). Whenever I see two guys with any sort of chemistry it goes straight on the note pad, taking advantage of random stats is the way forward.

![]() Preview After two awesome events this week, Smackdown will top it all off with an action packed show emitting from the Bank of America arena in Washington Seattle. After a hugely successful week in England which saw the return of Edge to Smackdown and the return of Chris Jericho to in ring action in the WWE, Smackdown looks as strong as ever in the brand split. In the main event, friends go one on one as current number one contender 'Y2J' Chris Jericho faces somebody who is fighting for number one contender rights at Armageddon Rey Mysterio. These two men have faced in the past, will it be another astounding battle? Who can pull of the victory this time? In another huge match, the legendary Ric Flair takes on the recently returning Edge. Edge appears more hungry than ever to win his World Heavyweight Championship back from Batista, or whoever holds it, and he has the chance too if he can beat Rey Mysterio at the pay per view. Ric Flair, although a legend, has been known to not slack, and he will pull out every trick he knows being the 'dirtiest player in the game' to prove he can still challenge for World championships. In a champion versus champion bout, the Cruiserweight champion Jamie Noble will face United States champion Montel Vontavious Porter in singles action. Noble has been reigning as Cruiserweight champion strong ever since winning the tournament to crown a new one after it was vacated. Noble is preoccupied with Jimmy Wang Yang at the moment as he keeps providing Noble strong oposition, but MVP seems free to pick and choose, having reigned as US champion since all the way back at Judgement Day. Theodore Long has promised us that MVP will have a number one contender named and a challenger for MVP's title at Armageddon, but not until he and Noble go head to head! Giants collide in the final confirmed match for Smackdown this week as the monster, the Big Red Machine Kane takes on The Great Khali. Although at the beginning of August Khali was World Heavyweight Champion, he's hit a slump since losing to Batista and hasn't won a match since September. The Punjabi Giant will be looking to make that right, but Kane doesn't go down at the expense of anyone, and as a fan favourite, will have the crowd on his side. Who will win when monsters do battle? Plus!: Will The Undertaker return? Scheduled Matches: Kane vs. Great Khali Champion versus Champion Montel Vontavious Porter vs. Jamie Noble Ric Flair vs. Edge Chris Jericho vs. Rey Mysterio Predictions Always Welcomed.

![]() Friday Night Smackdown! Held at Bank of America Arena, Seattle - Shown Friday Week 2, December 2007 Pre Show: Pandemonium defeated Shannon Moore, Frankie Kazarian and Shark Dude in 5:37 Chavo Guerrero defeated Jimmy Wang Yang in 7:31 Time To Lay The Smackdown! Famous by Puddle of Mudd kicks in and the pyrotechnic guys have been working just as hard as always, putting on a fantastic firework display for the seven thousand plus fans in attendance! Our show on CW (now scheduled at midnight...bastards) gets to the good stuff straight away. The fans have no time to settle into their seats however, as a chunky guitar riff kicks in and everybody knows whats coming... I WALK ALOOOOONNNE! The World Heavyweight Champion is in the house! Most of the fans in Seattle cheer, but distinct jeers can be heard in sections of the crowd. Chris Jericho, it seems, has made more waves than anticipated in his return to the company! With his title over his smartly dressed shoulder, Batista paces the center of the ring. Batista: It seems to me that way too many people in here like Jericho. Jeers are directed in Batista's direction for insinuating people should not like the man who has come to Save Us. Likewise, cheers are raised from the people who love Y2J. Batista: All I have to say is this; Chris Jericho. Whatever it is you're trying to save us from, be it me or Vince, Triple H or whoever, you cannot beat me. I am the World Heavyweight Champion and I - 5...4...3...2...1 BREAK THE WALLS DOWN! The lights come back up and Jericho, with outstretched arms, is on the stage, microphone in hand! Batista is holding his championship high above his head but the fans of Washington are going crazy for Save Us.Y2J! Jericho spins around and garners elated screams from wherever he looks. Jericho: Welcome to...Smackdown! Is! Jericho! Mega pop. Jericho: Let me get this straight Batista - you think that I, the sexy beast, cannot beat you? You think that Chris Jericho will come at you once, lose and disappear into the deep, dark abyss never to be seen again? Sour news for ya, jack, that ain't gonna happen! Because you see, Chris Jericho had a long, tough road back into World Wrestling Entertainment, a lot of strings were pulled and here I am with an opportunity resting in my lap. And soon enough, Batista, I'm going to have the World Heavyweight Championship there too! Batista: That's big talk Jericho, but I've been here since 2005 winning this prize and since that time you've been...well, you've been gone haven't you? I'm doubting that you can walk the walk. Jericho: Well, it's a good thing that I can talk, because you sure have no charisma, Mr. Affleck! You're one of the most stone faced, dim witted, boring bitches I've ever seen with the World title! But hey, if that ain't enough for you, look who's the World champion, you, but look who was in last weeks main event...and is in this one. That would be one hundred per cent, Save Us Y2J Chris Jericho baby! A huge pop from the crowd again as Jericho has them in the palm of his hand, and has Batista seething. Jericho smiles as a 'Y2J' chant breaks out around the Bank of America arena. Jericho: But hey, if you don't think I can walk the walk, let's just see about that right here, right now! Jericho throws down his mic and starts stomping to the ring with a purpose as Batista lays down his championship, ready for a fight. Jericho slides into the ring and both men face off for a second before Batista aims a clothesline, but Jericho ducks and blasts Batista with a punch, and then another, and another before Batista tackles him to the ground and lays into Y2J! Jericho gets the upper hand again and starts wailing on Batista, but before we can find out whats going to happen, half the Smackdown roster are running down to break these guys up! Matt Hardy and even Kane are holding Jericho back whereas guys like Mark Henry, MVP and Masters are holding back the champion. Batista is holding his head as Jericho just lets out a small laugh as we fade to an advertisement for Smackdown vs Raw 2009. Rating: B- After that monster first segment, Michael Cole and John Bradshaw Layfield inform us that Simon Dean and Mark Henry had remained in the ring and had some heated words that will culminate in the two facing each other right now on Friday Night Smackdown! Rating: B- Simon Dean vs. Mark Henry Dean looks surprisingly confident about facing the huge botch mountain Mark Henry. If I was him, I'd be in fear for my spinal chord right now. Still, the innovator of the Simon System throws a few right hands and even tries to whip Henry, but Mark just pulls him back and clotheslines his head off. Laughing, Henry picks him back up and whips him to the ropes but Dean hangs on, not wanting to feel that four hundred something pound worth of lard coming down on his small frame. Dean dropkicks Henry in the knee and then kicks him in the face and covers, one - and Henry pushes him up and half way across the ring. Dean is hurtin' for certain (aww yeaaah) and runs straight into a World's Strongest Slam. The three count follows. Rating: C Henry is celebrating maybe another victim to his legitimately injured list, smiling from ear to ear amongst those really bad looking dreads. If you haven't guessed, I hate him. I cannot wait for that contract to run out, I tells ya. Henry parades around the ring with his limb like arms (thanks to Michael Cole for that expression) elated at scoring a victory and another name on the hospital list when the lights go out. Camera flashes can be seen as well as Henry's large shadow, when the whole place goes off at the sound of - *GONG* Michael Cole, as per usual, goes absolutely mental, screaming and doing everything possible except throwing his headset into the crowd, stripping naked and raping a bunny. Henry looks bewildered as the lights come up, and nothing. Henry laughs, knowing that the owner of the theme, The Undertaker, was put on the shelf due to his own shoddy ring work. The lights, however, go down a second time much to Henry's dismay! *GONG* Henry is looking freaked out right now as the World's Strongest Waste Of Money (a new nickname I gave him, in game too!) can't believe it when the lights go up a second time. And still nothing! Henry laughs again, when the fans scream, as a MMA clad glove breaks through the canvas and grabs Henry's ankle! Henry screams but gets dragged underneath the ring! Smoke billows out of the hole in the canvas as camera crews get back in there, but no sign of Henry or, we have to assume, The Undertaker! Rating: A After that groundbreaking (see what I did there?) segment, we flick to the backstage cameras where Josh Matthews is standing by with the World Heavyweight Champion, The Animal, Batista. Josh Matthews: Wow, I can't believe whats just went done here on Friday Night Smackdown, it's all insane and I just can't believe it at all in anyway, shape or form, but right now I'm here with Batista! Batista: They know who I am, Matthews. Josh Matthews: Of course, I'm just establishing - whatever. Batista, how do you feel about what went down earlier tonight with Chris Jericho, which, by the way, I couldn't BELIEVE! Batista: We all know your dumbfounded by everything known to man, okay Josh. Just shut the hell up. Chris Jericho is a punk, a guy who thinks he can waltz back into a company and take what he likes from the guys who have worked for it year in and year out. I'll be damned if I let him take this away from me. Earlier tonight, we had him come out and act if he was a big shot. Well, I'm the big dog and I'm going to rip him apart at Armageddon! Batista walks off screen, leaving Josh Matthews all alone. Josh Matthews: Ladies and gentlemen, I just CANNOT physically BELIEVE what Batista just said, I mean, it was just unbelieve - Hold that thought Josh. Batista comes charging back in and spears the interviewer through the set! The fans cheer it as Josh's intentionally annoying comedy character has paid off. Rating: B+ MVP comes onto the set, looking around confused. MVP: Josh? Hey man, where you at? I'm here on time and...oh. Oh lordy lordy. What the hell happened here? Why you lying in a pile of rubble, dude? I'll...go get help or summit' man. Rating: B- Champion versus Champion Match United States Champion Montel Vontavious Porter vs. Jamie Noble Cruiserweight Champion Both men look ready going into this, MVP obviously not having time to go get help for Matthews backstage, as the Ballin' Superstar is out in the ring and ready. Noble looks deadly serious as always, the rough redneck with technical skills always dangerous. Noble evades MVP for a while, applying take downs and leg locks for the early going and frustrating the US champion. Noble has a smirk on his face as MVP clings to the ring ropes to avoid further punishment on his knees, but looks to retain his composure on his feet. The two do some more brawling, going back and forth with MVP using his size to get the upper hand, beating down Noble in the corner and hitting his big running kick! Noble is dazed and stumbles out of the corner and right into a Playmaker! MVP looks cocky and lays backward on Noble, one - two - Noble grabs MVP by the arms and flips him into a backslide pin, one - two - kick out! MVP nearly got caught there and Noble is right on the offensive, catching MVP with some huge forearm blows right to the face! Noble takes off the ropes and connects with a hard clothesline but its not enough to take MVP down so Noble launches up into a crossbody but gets caught, and MVP spins him out into a spin slam backbreaker type move! I don't know the name, but it looked cool! MVP covers, one - two - three! A surprisingly even match which really raised the esteem of the Cruisers if they can put up that kind of fight against the heavyweights of the WWE. Rating: B MVP picks up his belt and starts getting in Noble's face after a helluva solid match. MVP laughs and throws his arms up arrogantly, but before he can do that the music of Theodore Long hits and MVP knows what's coming! The fans are on their feet, wanting to know the contender to MVP's title at Armageddon, and maybe the one to finally dethrone him after his long run on top. MVP: Why, thank you Teddy, coming out here to congratulate me on my victory! That's thoughtful of you, but after that bout, I need to go and rest so - Teddy Long: Oh, hold up, hold up playa! Now, you know that there's a little thing I got to be tellin' ya, so don't go runnin' like a dog with his tail between his legs and be the man I paid a hell of a lot of money for! Now, MVP you've been a great champion no doubt in my mind, but I think it's time for a real challenge playa, which is why I present you with the all new, number one contender to the United States Champion! Ladies and gentlemen, gimme a big holla for - OOHHH YEAAAAAAHHHHH! Teddy Long: MATT HARDY! A huge pop from the fans as one half of the many time Tag Team Champion, former Cruiserweight and European champion Matt Hardy, one of the most popular and underrated stars on Smackdown, bursts onto the stage and throws the shocker to the fans! MVP looks peeved and Hardy looks elated. Long gives him the microphone and goes backstage. Hardy: MVP, you've held that championship for a long time, and in my opinion that hasn't been through skill, that's been through underhanded tactics and cheating. MVP: Oh! Tell me you just didn't! Did you just call the Ballin' Star, the highest paid man in Smackdown history, a cheater?! Hardy: You obviously have a hearing problem, so yeah, Montel, you're a low life cheat, and I think it's a disgrace our United States Championship is represented by you. So, at Armageddon when we go one on one, I'm going to restore some pride to the United States Championship! Rating: B "Break Me Down" by Alter Bridge hits the speakers and the HD screen lights up, showing career highlights from the man with more than any; the legendary Ric Flair! From his days as NWA top dog, through to his WWF title win at the Royal Rumble. Just a nice package to hype his battle with an old enemy in Edge later tonight, and a chance to honor a legend because nothing else was available to spend some time. Rating: B+ Michael Cole and JBL talk about a WrestleMania 23 rematch between Kane and The Great Khali, and how much this will be a battle of the titans. Probably a titanic bore, but Cole and Layfield make the most of it, with JBL really going crazy for Khali. Rating: B+ The Great Khali vs. Kane I wasn't expecting much from this one, and it would probably be rated half a star in a critics magazine. Luckily, thanks to the marks in the crowd, it went okay, all things considered. It involved lots of punching, kicking, a Khali brain chop for a near fall and eventually, in a legitimately amazing feat, Kane lifted Khali up and hit him with the Tombstone Piledriver. I did this in past tense because what can I right about two giants, one completely untalented, smacking into each other for seven minutes? That sounded dirty. Rating: B- Kane lifts his arms and throws them down. Fire emerges from all four turnbuckles. You know that whole thing. Khali is down and Kane stands amongst the flames, seeming to enjoy being amongst the fire. Rating: B+ Josh Matthews is still down and out in the interview segment. Either nobody cares enough to tell anyone else, or nobody cares enough to remove him. At this time, Edge walks into the set, looks down and Josh curiously before booting him in the gut. Edge laughs and looks back up at the camera. Edge: So I come to Seattle this week, expecting to find at least a little competition on Smackdown since my return. Last week, Kane, obliterated him in England, this week, I get to face a grandpa I thought I'd already taken care of back in 2005 when I splashed his wrinkly ass through a table! Apparently not as years later, Ric Flair is dragging his saggy body back through the doors of a beating. Tonight, he'll find out all over again that when you step into the ring with the Rated R Superstar, you go down, because thats how I - oh, wrong catchphrase. Ric Flair, get ready to feel the Spear. Can this guy EVER stop pulling out great promos? Rating: A* Ric Flair vs. Edge The legendary Flair and the perhaps future legend that is Edge lock up and Edge, being younger, gets the advantage, forcing Flair into the ropes. Flair rolls Edge back into a turnbuckle and referee Korderas asks for a clean break. He gets one, oh no he doesn't as Flair chops the cocky Rated R Superstar hard! Edge recoils in shock as Flair unleashes another of his legendary chops to more "WHOOOO"'s from the Seattle fans. Flair goes to whip Edge but Edge reverses and sends Flair off, hitting him with the big back body drop. Edge picks him up and thinks Edgeucution to finish off the veteran early, but Flair twists out of it and traps Edge in a wrist hold and then a side headlock. Okay, do people just feel like giving me any feedback. The feedback I've had has been awesome from guys like Shape and Ped, I see a lot of views but not a lot of people commenting. Well, I want you to tell me what you think of the diary! Layout, storylines, direction, shows? Should I include the ratings in the show or not? Should I use color for match descriptions? Anything you want to say, positive of negative (in the constructive way), I'm willing to listen.

Hey man, just been catching up with the last few shows or so and I think you are doing a top notch job.
I don't know why but I really enjoyed your main event at the last ECW with the blind tag from Morrison so that he could pick up the win. I just thought it added a lot to the match, feud and to Morrison's character. Layout is fine with me, it's easy enough to read. I wouldn't get too down hearted about there being no feedback, there seems to be less activity from the regulars lately and you sure get more feedback than me haha. Good job man, keep it up! BTW is there an Armageddon card up where you can see, at a glance, what the matches are? Hey man, thank you for the feedback. Letting me know I'm doing some things right at least! If you check the first post of the thread, the pay per view line up is there, but hold off your predictions for a bit as there is still a Raw, ECW and Smackdown to go through!
At every chance I get I'll check out and feedback your diary. Consider it thanks. -------------------
