Hello there, and welcome to Neoseeker's newest wrestling roleplay, The Wrestling Game! Here at TWG we believe that there's no such thing as a bad roleplayer, just a person who needs to find his spark. Everyone will be given a chance to shine and we will not stop anyone from reaching their goals as a tremendous roleplayer. What is a roleplay you ask. To put it in simplest terms, in a wrestling roleplay you take control of a professional wrestler and put yourself in their shoes. It could be any wrestler, from the Immortal Hulk Hogan to the jobbing Funaki. You become them in gimmick, speech, everything! Anyway, each week there will be a list of matches posted for the next edition of Monday night Mayhem. The roleplays that you make and post for your match during that week will be read, judged and whoever is decided to have the better roleplay will win their match. How good someone is in real life has absolutely nothing to do with whether you win your match or not, or if you win a championship, or how many matches you win. The jobbing Funaki could beat the Immortal Hulk Hogan if the person Rping as him did better than the person Rping as Hogan. Another important thing you need to know is that this is not about winning. It's about having fun. It's all about enjoying ourselves and having a great time here in TWG.
If you're new at this, don't get upset if you don't become successful in the first few months. It's gonna take time to start getting the hang of it and become great. Some will improve quickly will others will take a while, but no matter what, you will improve. As long as you stay dedicated to this and work hard, you will end up Rping for championships. Don't be afraid to ask for feedback in the GD thread or even asking experienced Rpers over pm. But, we must warn you that some Rpers will gladly help you with rps, while others might not. But you can always count on the authorities to help you out.
So if you have decided to give TWG a try? Fantastic! You surely will not be disappointed. To get in all you need to do is send a Private Message Disenchanted or The Hazard, telling them what character you want and his or her disposition. But make sure that the character that you are requesting isn't already taken. Easier than pie..........pie?
We are glad that you are in this roleplay, but there are some rules that you will have to follow in order to be and stay here in TWG. All we ask if for you not to do the following:
Taking A Break -- If you want to leave TWG for a while, please pm us so we will know. We will understand, we have lives too and sometimes we just want to take a break, but you have to let us know. We wouldn't want to book you in a match when you don't even know it. That would not only be bad for you, but for us also. If you know you are leaving for reasons beyond your control, please let us know about that also. Tell us in at least one week's notice.
Good Behavior Is Required -- This is a very important part of the rules. Here, there will be nobody acting like jerk if they win the World Title and nobody acting like 5 year old cry babies if they lose a match. Do not start unnecessary fights, insult other people roleplays, and spam up the General Discussion thread. Even if you think you make better roleplays then someone, please be kind to others. I'm not saying you have to say hello and how was your day to everyone, but show that you are not here to just cause chaos. When and where you will get title shots are not only affected by how your rps are, but also how you are.
Keep Up Participation -- This has been a problem in some cases. When you're in this roleplay, we expect you to Rp at least once for your match. We understand if for once you could not put up an Rp for some reason, but if this happens to reoccur a lot, then action will be taken. Do not come here if you plan on Rping whenever you feel like it, for two matches out of ten. This would be unfair to another person who wants the character you have who would be more active.
Immediately Quitting -- This is a huge no no! If you join in, win or lose a few matches and then decide to leave, it will not be accepted with a smile and a have a nice day. Please, do not join in and quit a few days later. Join in if you plan on staying for a decent length of time. You have to be serious about this. We will however, allow this rule to be bypassed if you give a decent reasoning for your departure. We all have lives here.
Constant Character Switching -- Recently, character switching has been being abused and I'm here to put a stop to it. There is now a limit, you can only switch a character once every month. I understand if people can't work with characters, but that's why you should practice a bit with that character before just saying "Oh I can't RP as him/her." Work with it for a bit, before dropping immediately.
These are simple, basic rules that we ask you to follow. As long as you don't violate them, you'll do fine here at TWG.

Once in a while, somebody rises from the ashes, to save people from what has become of the world. When this person arrives, he uses everything in his power, everything at his disposal in order to make sure that the job asked of him has been completed to the best of his ability. Born with the power to engulf other people’s beings, and cause them to follow and believe in his every step, every movement. A King is born in a normal household, and knows right from the very beginning what needs to be done. He needs to come along, and save TWG, from itself.

Rob Van Dam is in the ring and is waiting for his open challenge to be answered when I am blasts throughout the arena as AJ Styles steps out of the curtains to a mixed reaction from the TWG crowd. AJ Styles rips his hood off and stands on the entrance ramp with a microphone in hand he waits for the fans to be quiet and is about to speak when Rob Van Dam interrupts and begins to speak instead.
Rob Van Dam: Who do you think you are interrupting RVD do you know who I am.....
AJ Styles interrupts Rob Van Dam.
AJ Styles: Listen hear Rob Van Dam, I don't give a damn who you are but all these people didn't come to see Rob Van Dam return to TWG no they wanted to see the phenomenal one return to TWG. Now Rob Van Dam I was standing in the back watching you make these open challenge to the first wrestler that comes out here tonight and I fought hey why not come out here and accept your open challenge. You see Rob Van Dam you are now looking at the future of TWG and once I kick your ass then I can go on and defeat Nigel McGuinness for the TWG World Heavyweight Championship.
Rob Van Dam: Are you finished now. Listen here AJ Styles I will be one that kicks your ass and.....

AJ Styles: You think for one second that you can kick my ass then Rob Van Dam you are dumber than you look. Before AJ can exit the ring Clavicle by "Alkaline Trio" hits the PA. Suddenly a man burst out from the curtains and the fans know who it is. Evan Bourne has come to TWG! The former WWE superstar has come to TWG for god knows what but, he walks down to the ring with a mic in his hand, plays the crowd a few times before, sliding into the ring and standing next to AJ and RVD.
Bourne: Whats up TWG?! [POP] Now, Rob. I heard your open challenge and I decided to step in but, AJ sadly went first. [BOO] But, I am here to challenge both of you in my own challenge! [POP] So for tonight, hell maybe even Outbreak, I challenge, AJ Styles, [BOO] and Rob Van Dam, [POP] to a triple threat match!! Hows that for spicing it up huh! [POP] I knew you guys would like it. Now....
Styles: Who in the blue hell are you?! [Boo as Evans is about to answer] Don't even answer that. I know who you are. RVD and Evan both stare at AJ, as Rob begins to speak.
RVD: Woah, Woah, Woah! Just who do you think you are AJ? [POP] It's people like you who make this business worse that it is. [POP] You think you're better than everyone, well from the way I see it, all you've done is run your mouth. [POP] I know Evan has too but, he speaks from his heart bro, you? Speak from your ass! [POP and laughter Styles looks at him angrily] So if this match happens I hope you can back up your words.
AJ nods his head a little before, slapping the taste out of RVD's mouth! The fans boo AJ but, they then begin to cheer as Evan turns AJ around and slaps him in the face. It soon turns into a three way brawl, everyone is hitting each other. While, Evan and RVD are fighting, Styles climbs out the ring and slides back in with a chair. He goes too hit RVD with the chair but, he ducks and hits Evan instead! He turns around and the gets the chair kicked in his face but, it bounces off the head of Styles and hits the face of RVD as all of them are on the ground. A group of officials and security come down to the lead the wrestlers out of the ring.

Don West: Prime, Prime, I'm here to get a word from you after your lost to Colt Cabana out there! What do you have to say losing to Colt Cabana? How do you feel knowing Colt Cabana is better then you!!!
[God damn, in the one moment where I gained some damn peace to think, this dumbass had to show up. One of the things I hate, the press. Sure, they had a job, if that's what you want to call it. But really, they are no better then those online websites that people go to, trying to get latest dirt to talk about since their own lives arn't interesting enough. Still, I had to take advantage of this time quickly. I sat up, feeling the lights beat down on me worse then the sun on a summer day and decided to first make sure he knew his place.]

Prime: Anyway, you really want to know what I think about lost to Colt Cabana. Really, really want to know what I think? Well, the fact is it's bullshit. The fact that me, some one who approaches this more serious and dedicated then anybody else around here could get beat by some clown like that, it's....well, it just doesn't add up! Still, when your one of the best around, you don't have time to worry about failure. And hell, let me give you one of the reasons that doesn't matter. Colt Cabana ain't a champion. That match was more or less a practice run. The real issue, the real person I'm after is Chris Jericho. I've been thinking to myself, what can I do to send a message to Jericho. The other night, it dawned on me. What does an egotistical bastard like Jericho need? He needs his gold. He needs his titles. He need some form of satisfication every morning he wakes up to reassure him that he is a great. Well, listen closely, Jericho. Come Pandemonium, I promise that I'll be the one to face you for the International Championship match. Jericho, I'm going to be the one doing the saving around here. I'm already saving the people from themselves while people like you and Colt sugarcoat things for them. Now, I'm going to save you from your own greed and you from own ego. Miz walks in on Masters on the phone as usual Masters has been telling Miz to get out everytime this happens but this time Miz has had enough. You can tell by the look on his face his eyes tell it all.
Miz: Chris I'm not leaving! you have a god damn match against AJ Styles get ready for it. I'll be in your corner and I am willing to forgive you for your past outbursts. (Cocky grin to Chris) Now get off the phone.
Miz reaches for the phone but his hand gets intercepted by Masters'
Masters: Look Miz this will take really short amount of time got it? This is my friend telling me something very private. Look I don't walk in on you and Velvet.. and you don't walk in while I'm on the phone deal?
Miz: Yeah sure but wait a second... when'd you get so smart Chris? Your a dumbass and stop trying to sound smart.
Miz turns to walk out.
Masters: Hey I'll call you back.
Masters gets up after Miz.
Masters: Did you just call me a dumbass? I don't try to sound smart... I talk the way I only know how. Got it?
Miz: Yeah... yeah Chris I understand. (Mumbles) Dumbass...
Masters eyes suddenly flame as he clenches his hand into a fist and the fist seconds later meets with Miz's nose. Chris then starts to beat down his partner.
Masters: COME ON PRETTY BOY! GET UP AND SHOW ME SOME OF THAT CHARM!
Miz slowly gets and low blows Chris.
Miz: You punk! You god damn punk!
Miz turns to leave but someone is blocking the way.
Miz: Yo get out of my way!
The figure is wearing a mask and a dark hooded sleeveless shirt and black pants. He doesn't make any indication he heard Miz.
Miz: Yo get out of my way before I make you!
The figure again makes no indication of hearing Miz.
Miz: Thats it...
Miz walks towards the figure with clenched fists. He gets into a boxing position. He goes to punch the figure but it quickly grabs the fist and slams Miz onto the ground. The figure then goes to punching and stomping on the Miz. The Miz gets up only to meet a super kick to the face. Masters by this time gets up.
Masters: Who are you?
Suddenly Masters phone rings.
???: By this time you've probaly met your new trainer.
Masters: New trainer? Heh yeah hes amazing.
The screen turns black with Masters smiling cockily at the camera and the figure looking down at the beaten down Miz.

Motive: Match with Chris Masters and respond to the comments made by Evan Bourne.
I am blasts over the arena as the phenomenal, AJ Styles steps out of the curtain to boos from the crowd. AJ Styles just seems to take all the boos in and walks down to the ring dead cockily, but before AJ Styles walks into the ring he stands on the security barrier and shouts at the fans just look at me, I am simply phenomenal. AJ Styles walks into the ring and rips his hood off and then after soaking in the boos he snatches a microphone from Lillian Garcia.
AJ Styles: A couple of days ago some kid called Evan Bourne thought that it would be funny to interrupt a star so out of his league that it would be just embarrassing for him to even enter the ring with after I have finished with him. Hell after I have finished him he will not be able to even walk. Also Rob Van Dam I cannot wait till I get in that ring with you because when I get into the ring with you not only will you be in a pool of your own blood your career will be over and as you should now by now I am simply phenomenal.
AJ Styles pauses before speaking again.
AJ Styles: Evan Bourne you think that you will be able to kick my ass(laughs). That's so funny because I lot of people have said that they will kick my ass and most of them have ended up in the middle of this ring in a pool of there own blood. Evan and just like all of them people you too will be left in a pool of your blood and also you will be leaving the ring on a stretcher.
AJ Styles pause again before starting to speak again.
AJ Styles: Now to get to the reason why I came out here in front off you dumb idiots is that tonight in this very the ring, the phenomenal one AJ Styles makes he's in ring debut against Chris Masters. Now listen here carefully Chris Masters tonight you will be laying in the middle of this ring in a pool of your blood after I nail you with an Styles Clash and pin your ass 1, 2, 3 then I will be happy to see you bleed.
AJ Styles drops the microphone and leaves the ring to loads of boos from the crowd. AJ Styles walks up the ramp and through the curtain.

Instantly we see “Wacky” Don West standing in front of a door we cannot make out the name plate yet since his head is in the way already my skin is crawling, how about yours? He is staring dead into the camera wearing one of his questionable silk shirts with matching tie which he straightens out before doing anything else, my God I wanna punch him.
Don: Hello ladies and gentlemen “Wacky” Don West here outside the locker room of one of the many champions TWG has, in seconds I will be getting exclusive words about his HUGE match tonight I mean it man it’s HUGE! But now as HUGE as the MAIN EVENT! Here I go.
West turns to knock on the locker room door before stepping to the side with a smug grin on his face, it reveals he is outside the locker room of The Hooliganz, don’t ask why they have their own locker room.
Don: Me and this guy we’re like brothers man so tight it’s crazy we can finish each others sentences.
Before West can drone on anymore the locker room door flies open standing in the door way in street clothes is of course CM Punk he is holding a bottle of water that he drinks from allowing West to continue.
Don: Ladies and gentlemen with me at this time is the one the only Straight Edge tag team champion CM Pun-
Before West can finish that word Punk puts his hand over the top of the mic and pushes it down and away from Dom’s face, instantly I mark out, Punk then brings it up to his own mouth.
Punk: I’m sorry but WHAT the hell are you?
Don: It’s me your old pal from back when “Wacky” Don West!
Punk raises an eyebrow obviously rather confused about why this strange man is outside his locker room claiming to be an old friend.
Punk: ….who?
Don lowers his head in shame for a few seconds before regrouping his thoughts and continuing the interview.
Don: You always were a kidder weren’t ya?
Punk: No, I really have no idea who you are.
Don: Sure ya do, come on NWA TNA, back in those days you remember them when you were with Raven’s Flock before you turned on him.
Punk seems to have an idea now as his expression changes to one who realized something however it quickly drops down to concern.
Punk: Holy hell, the *bleep* happened to you Mike? You gained weight became more annoying and changed your name.
West looks frustrated now more then a little in fact his face turns a shade of red but once more he pauses to recover.
Don: I’m not Mike I’m Don West, the guy who sat NEXT TO Mike, COME ON! I carried TNA with my voice alone, YOU GOTTA BE KIDDIN’ ME!
Punk suddenly looks like somebody just kicked his puppy, shot his kitten in the face then pissed in his Pepsi.
Punk: Oh, not you! My contract clearly has a “No Don West interaction” clause in it.
Don now looks unsure what to do or how to react he just has this stupid smile on his face of course it’s a nervous smile but never the less it stays there after about 10 seconds of this Punk rips the mic from Wests hand and goes into his locker room, the camera follows him in there leaving West all alone, how life should be. Once inside Punk closes the door and turns to stand face to lens with the camera knowing what must be done.
Punk: Tonight I face off against the teams who are all gunning for my title and are in close contention, of course I know that Hawkins and Ryder are currently the number one contenders for the titles but I’ve also seen how Rated Ex look at the tag titles and how the Devils Advocates look at the titles and I can see in their eyes they’re hungry for this gold they want it so much they can almost taste it but instead taste the ash that is their own dreams! So tonight it must be done, fatal four way CM Punk, Gregory Helms, Jeff Hardy and Zack Ryder. We’re all after a win for various reasons I want to show that even divided the tag team champions can still survive even against the odds I understand that in this match I am target number one on the list of these three other guys, survival tonight is essential for me but the beautiful thing in this is I have to do just that – survive! You see it doesn’t matter how many times I get punched, kicked or even hit with a finishing move there is going to be somebody there to break up the pin fall and that goes for us all so once I’ve been dissected those three will battle it out and I’m going to be smart about this match tonight and I’m going to pick my moments, no point making a stupid mistake even if there are good odds somebody will save your ass for it.
Punk pauses to gather his thoughts and hope that Don West has buggered off by now.
Punk: While Zack Ryder is trying to prove that when he’s in a match against one half of the tag team champions he can come out on top and overcome the said champion, he needs this win so the world will take him seriously especially after some kind of hooker incident the internet seems to be alive with. This win would mean almost as much to him as winning the tag team titles but Zack be smart about this and think about your actual chances of winning, it’s 25% for all of us for every positive in this match there is of course a big negative and I highly doubt that I’ll have to spell out what that is. Now, while I’m the main target Zack keep in mind that you are the second I’d say we both have a similar goal in mind tonight I guess it’s just a matter of who can hold on the longest.
There is another pause because I can’t think of another excuse to break from speech.
Punk: Now Hardy and Helms have the same goal they want to prove that they should not be overlooked in the tag team title race and they must figure that if they can win in a match featuring one of the tag champs and one of the number one contenders then maybe management will make a slight change to the title match and add his team into it, lets also take note of the fact as kids they grew up together and have a bond even if right now they may have bad blood that bond will always be there, I’m suggesting it would be easy for them to team up to take myself or Ryder out but if they do sooner or later egos will clash and it will be an all out brawl and battle for everybody’s survival of course some will have more of an advantage then others. Let me right now point out that I have no intentions of teaming up with Ryder to take them down. A commonly used question in situations like this would be “Is the enemy of my friend my friend…or my enemy?” I’d normally think about this but at the end of the day it wont matter, I don’t plan to team with him but if I must then I must but rest assured Zack no matter what happens out there I will be looking for the first opportunity to hit you with the GTS and put you down. You may have to trust me at some point but at what point will your trust in me be ill fated?
The camera zooms out a bit and moves into position as Punk moves to the side putting his other hand on the door handle and pushing it down so he can then pull the door open signaling to the camera man it’s time to go.
Punk: It’s going to be an interesting match and I’m ready for anything I’ve mentally ran over every scenario I can think of about what could happen tonight and at the end of the day I like my chances and there are no “thinks” about it, tonight I KNOW I can win and I know I will win, there is very little you can do to stop me, all three of you may have me down for the count at some point but I’m confident you’re temporary alliances will be misplaced and that will give me the time I need to recover and formulate a back up plan to win the match, I hope your as excited about our match as I am, it’s going to be fun.
Punk throws the mic out of the locker room and soon the cameraman follows getting the not so subtle hint all we hear next is the slam of a door, which obviously is that of The Hooliganz the camera pans to show Don West pacing back and forth waiting for his film crew, bet you thought I was gonna go with him still being froze in the last position we saw him didn’t ya? The camera fades out of this and into another segment.
