Match 1 United States Championship MVP vs. Matt Hardy Both men are trying to make it to the top of Raw, and only 1 can officially become the United States Champion, MVP ends the match with a big boot. quote Orton and Rhodes talk backstage. Orton tells him that Dibiase is gone, and that his match tonight will be a 2 on 1. Rhodes offers Orton to team up with him, but Orton denies him. Match 2 William Regal vs. Kofi Kingston Kingston is the top face of the match. Regal does the usual dirty tatics to try and defeat kingston, but gets nailed with trouble in paradise, to lose the match. quote Cena calls out Batista and demands an explanation on why he cant be trusted. Batista claims that Cena has always been jealous of him, and that he's jealous that this week at Extreme Rules, he will get a shot at the WWE Title, and he want. The 2 go back and fowarth, and Cena challenges Batista to a match tonight. Match 3 Carlito & Primo vs. Cody Rhodes & Randy Orton Orton decided that if he really is going to keep Legacy together, that he has to do whatever it takes to keep him and Rhodes satisfied. Orton and rhodes dominated for the most part, Dibiases music hits and hes seen at the entrance, Orton gets pinned with a roll-up, as Dibiase is seen smiling at the entrance ramp. quote The Big Show is being interviewed backstage. He claims that MVP is the worst wrestler on Raw, and that his USA title run will come to an end at Extreme Rules because he's beaten him once, and he'll do it again. Match 4 Mr. Kennedy vs. The Big Show Kennedy just fresh off of his win at Superstars is looking to take out the number 1 contender for the USA Title, the Big Show. MVP is at ringside, and provides the distraction he needs, to nail the Mic Check on Show, to win the match. quote Vicki Guerrero is seen backstage with The Miz, and Chavo Guerrero.. she announces that this week, the 2 will take on Santino Marella in a 2 on 1 Loser Leave Raw Match, @ Superstars. quote Batista is seen backstage getting ready for he main event, and todd grishim interupts him in his locker room. He asks him why he's been acting strange lately, Cena never did anything wrong to him, and hes claiming that he can't be trusted. Batista tells Grishim that it's none of his buisness, and that Cena doesn't deserve to be apart of the raw roster, because anybody could fill in his spot. quote Orton & Rhodes are backstage, Randy is yelling at Cody. He demands an explanation, why did Dibiase screw them over earlier. Rhodes claims that he knows nothing to the situation.. and that he thought Dibiase wasn't even here tonight. Orton orders him out of his locker room, and the camera cuts. Main Event Batista vs. John Cena Batista takes control for the most part. Cena trys to get some offense, but is over-powered by Batista. The Match ends with a DQ, as Batista keeps kicking Cena in the stomach, as the ref. trys to pull him off. Orton comes running down to the ring, and RKO's Batista, as he turns around... He says that Dreamer doesn't deserve this ECW Championship match, he's never beaten him.. and he never will. He tells Tiffany that he deserves the night off, but Tiffany doesn't have it, and says that if he doesn't compete agaisnt Dreamer here tonight, he will be fired from ECW. Singles Match Vladamir Kozlov vs. Mark Henry Kozlov announced that he will face the winner of Extreme Rules for the ECW Championship, and beating a former champ is a way to step his game up. Kozlov destroys Henry for the most part, causing him to leave the ring, and giving kozlov the win via count out. quote Christian is being interviewed backstage, he says that all his career a world title has dodged him.. until he won the ecw championship. He says that he won't let his first title go away this quickly, 2 months isn't enough time, he wants to hold the title twice as long as that. Swagger interupts him, and says that he doesn't have to worry, because he will hold the title for him. The interview ends with them arguing, and Swagger walking away. Singles Match Zack Ryder vs. Sam Durk Ryder takes control of the local, pretty much over-powering him for the most part. He ends the match with a Super-Kick, to get the 3 count.. for the win. quote Evan Bourne is seen being checked by the medics backstage. He's been beatin' badly, and nobody is too sure who did it. In the corner of the camera, we see David Hart Smith smiling, peeking his head around the corner. Tag-Team Match The Hart Dynasty vs. Finlay Finlay vowed to take out the Dynasty, but with 2 stars against him, it would be a very hard task to accomplish. Finlay tries to use his strenght to his advantage, but the numbers picked up, and Kidd hits the elbow drop, for the win. Main Event- Special Guest Ref. Singles Match Tommy Dreamer vs. Jack Swagger, Christian as the ref. Swagger knew Christian would turn on him in the match to help Dreamer win, but that wasn't the case. Swagger beat the hell out of Dreamer, but couldn/t get the 3 count on him. He argued with Christian, saying that he counted too slow. Christian and him argued, and Dreamer went for the roll up.. for the victory!

	Match 1 Singles Match the Big Show vs. Kofi Kingston Show defeats Kingston via Knockout. quote Jericho talks about how Hardy screwed him last week on Smackdown. He makes a announces that he will defeat Hardy at Extreme Rules, and prove why he's Smackdowns best star. Match 2 Singles Match Tommy Dreamer vs. Jack Swagger Dreamer Defeats Swagger via Dreamer DDT. quote Batista is backstage, and talks about how Orton has taken him out every chance he's got, and that it wont ever happen again. He's taking the WWE Championship away from him this sunday. Match 3 Singles Match Randy Orton vs. Carlito Orton Defeats Carlito via Punt. quote After the match Orton grabs a mic and calls out Dibiase. Rhodes enters the ring. He tells Orto that he needs a tag team partner this Sunday, and that its' all Ortons fault that Dibiase left. Orton yells at him and tells him he better stick to Legacy. The 2 get in each others faces, and about 10 men from the back come in the ring, and pull them apart. Main Event The Cutting Edge quote Edge comes out and than Mysterio. Edge says he's beaten Mysterio before, and he will do it again. Mysterio says to leave the past, in the past, and think about the future. He says all Edge ever thinks about is the past, and how who he's beaten. He than says that Edge can keep thinking about the past, because Mysterio will weild 2 titles come this sunday, the future. Edge goes for a punch, but mysterio blocks it and trips him on the ropes. He hits the 6-1-9, and Edge rolls out of the ring.

	Singles Umaga & Mike Knox vs. Cryme Tyme Umaga & Knox win when Knox hit the bicycle kick on Shad, to pick the victory. Thoughts on Match: Umaga & Knox are a huge Heel tag team, and dominated Cryme Tyme throughout the whole match. They seem to getting a huge push. quote Backstage, Jericho bursts his way into Teddy Longs Office. He mentions the fact that he would be facing Edge this Sunday, if it wasn't for Hardy distracting him. He also tells teddy that he better make their match a number 1 contenders match, because he's walking out the victor. Singles Kane vs. Dolph Zigler Kane wins when zigler low-blowed him. Thoughts On Match:Kane was trying to play the heel role in this match, but the crowd didn't dig it, and boo'ed Zigler the whole time. It's interesting how the match ended, Zigler left the arena happy Morrison stumbles into Jericho. The 2 have met before, and Jericho tells him to watch where he's going, or else he'll end up like the last time they met. Morrison slaps Jericho, and the 2 brawl down to the ring. A ref enters the ring, and the bell is rung. Singles Chris Jericho vs. John Morrison Morrison wins with a Moon-Light Drive. Thoughts on Match: Jericho and Morrison knew each others move sets really well. Im suprised Morrison picked up the victory, Jericho botched a Cod-Breaker & Morrison nailed him with the Moon-Light Drive. quote Edge is being interviewed by Eve, Edge just talks about how the World Championship is his life, and how Mysterio will not take it from him at Extreme Rules Main Event Singles Edge vs. Jeff Hardy Edge wins via Spear. Thoughts on Match: Edge destroys Hardy, with a Distraction from Jericho. Mysterio comes down to the ring, and clears it, holding the World title. Extreme Rules is up next.. and its looking good.

He should be WWE champion." Quite easily, actually. If you put most of the shows at late night or early evening, it has fewer spots to fill. Thus, you can place less matches, etc. It IS, however, harder to keep up main eventer morale.

	WWE Championship Steel Cage Batista vs. Randy Orton Thoughts on Match: It's main event time, and im more hyped than ever. Batista tries to keep Orton from escaping throughout the whole match.. but Orton's evil tactics, hold him back. The match ends with Batista attempting a Batista bomb from the top of the cage, to see Dibiase nail Batista in the back of his head.. with brass knuckles.. as Orton escapes. World Heavyweight Championship TLC Edge vs. Rey Mysterio Thoughts on Match: mysterio tried to take the title off of Edge, but to no prevail. Edge has more experience with TLC matches, and ends the match with a spear to Mysterio, into a table.. and climbs a ladder, to retrieve his title. ECW Championship 3 Way Hardcore Christian vs. Jack Swagger vs. Tommy Dreamer Thoughts on Match: Christian is double teamed by Swagger/Dreamer.. Swagger is thrown out of the ring by Dreamer, as Christian kicks Dreamer in the stomach, and hits the killswitch for the win. United States Championship Last Man standing The Big Show vs. MVP Thoughts on Match: Show was taking control for the most part, but MVP showed why he's champ.. only to get knocked out by Show, who picked up the victory.. and the title. WWE World Tag Team Titles Tag Team Turmoil Carlito & Primo vs. The Hart Foundation, Knox & Umaga, Cody Rhodes & Ted Dibiase (If He Shows up), Haas & Benjamin Thoughts on Match: Primo & Carlito dominated for the most part, eliminating the Hart Foundation, and hass & Benjamin. Knox and Umaga destory Carlito & Primo, but Carlito nails Knox with a backbreaker. The Match ends with Primo recieving a low blow from the returning Ted Dibiase, who gives Cody the chance to nail Primo with a DDT. Submission Chris Jericho vs. Jeff Hardy Thoughts on Match: Jericho was playing to the crowd throughout the whole match. These 2 are some of the best talent that Smackdown has to offer, but Hardy showed he's the better of the 2.. destroying Jericho with a Swanton Bomb, and locks on the armbar.. for the win.
