re: NWATNA Diary , Screw Vince and Bischoff

Major Update

Bret hart has been signed to a non wrestling contract with Total Nonstop Action.

But does the possibillity of a match in Bret's Future stand high, from bussiness point of view no, Bret is not being paid much for a one month contract.

What is Bret's short time contract signing going to mene for the best there is the best there was and the best there ever will be find out this Wendsday live on Pay-Per-View.

NWATNA #1

A video is played, hyping the upcoming debut of Bret Hart.

Jeff Jarrett is backstage. He had no real point to make. It did have a purpose though: To annoy the pants off of me and you.

Harris Boys vs. Disciples.

Match Background: This will be a cage bout. Harris Boys are one of the most experienced teams in the promotion.

The Match: Don Harris with a badly-executed spinning neckbreaker on Killdozer. One more performed that badly and this match will end on a bad note, if you get my drift. Fallaway slam by Slash puts down Ron Harris. Slash launches Ron into the cage wall. Don goes for a splash but Killdozer puts the knees up. Disciples whip Don into the ropes and hit a double back elbow. Ron Harris hits an ugly looking bulldog off the ropes. Weak bodyslam on Slash by Ron sets up a legdrop. Harris Boys whip Slash into the ropes and hit a double backdrop. Don Harris drives Killdozer into the cage side. Don Harris moves in for the kill. Big Foot! Ron Harris moves in for the kill. Exploder Suplex! Harris Boys escape the cage for the win.

Abyss vs Raven vs Buff Bagwell vs Jeff Jarrett.

Match Background: This will be a four corners bout.

The Match: Buff Bagwell hits a right hand on Raven. Buff strikes away at Raven, not doing much damage at all. Hooks the leg for a two count. Buff Bagwell DDTs Raven, but it just looked terrible. Raven blocks a kick from Buff Bagwell. Rude Awakening neckbreaker on Buff Bagwell by Raven. Remember when that was a legit finish? Covers for a quick two count. Raven hits a bulldog off the ropes. Covers for a quick two count. Buff pushes out of a Raven hold. A weak headbutt on Abyss by Buff causes nothing but pain for both. Buff tags out to Abyss. Bodyslam by Abyss. Full nelson slam on Abyss. Flying shoulder tackle by Abyss sends Raven CRASHING to the mat. Spear! Raven is down! Cover, ONE...TWO...NO! I honestly thought that match was going to end right then and there. Tag to Jeff Jarrett. Jeff Jarrett with a spinning neckbreaker on Raven. Death valley driver by Jeff Jarrett! No one executes that move properly anymore. Covers for a quick two count. Flying shoulder tackle by Jarrett sends Raven CRASHING to the mat. There's a two count on the pin. Jarrett hits a piledriver on Raven. That used to end matches, you know. Hooks the leg! ONE...TWO...NO! Raven tags out to Buff Bagwell. Buff Bagwell DDTs Jarrett, but it just looked terrible. Jeff Jarrett takes a right hand to the temple from Buff. Buff Bagwell strikes Jeff Jarrett. Jarrett counters an arm wringer with an elbow to the side of the head. Brutal sit out powerbomb on Buff! Jeff Jarrett moves in for the kill. Stroke! 1....2....3.

We see Bret Hart arriving backstage.

Sting is backstage. He was on Hype Central (HYPE CENTRAL!!!) tonight, this time for a match with Sandman. Can you believe that I just marked out for Lance Wright? How many people even remember that guy?

Road Agent Notes: Sting lost overness from this segment.

Sting vs Sandman.

Match Background: None.

The Match: Sting hits Sandman. Uninspired brawling from Sting. Sting slams Sandman down. Sandman is sure in trouble now. Sting strikes Sandman with a hard blow. Sting misses a big legdrop after stalling too long. Big forearm by Sandman draws laughter from the crowd because it was THAT bad. Sandman hits a stump piledriver on Sting. Hooks the leg for a two count. Sting comes up with a right hand out of nowhere. Sting DDTs Sandman, but it just looked terrible. Covers for a quick two count. Sloppy discus punch from Sting barely connects on Sandman. Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! Sandman reverses a waistlock. Sandman connects on Sting with a flurry in the corner...but no one seems to care. Sandman goes for a splash but Sting puts the knees up. Sting hits a right hand on Sandman. The referee tries to separate the two grapplers...and gets knocked over and trampled on as they brawl! That's enough, the referee calls for the bell - double DQ! I don't think the fight has finished. Sting and Sandman have begun brawling again! They wind up brawling all the way down the aisle and out of view.

Bret Hart is backstage. He had no real point to make. It seemed that he was a little annoyed with current champ.

NWATNA #2

Abyss vs B.G. James.

Match Background: None.

The Match: Abyss slams B.G. James. Rude Awakening neckbreaker on B.G. James by Abyss. Remember when that was a legit finish? Covers for a quick two count. Abyss walks into a drop toe hold. Big kick from James staggers Abyss but that's about it. There's a two count on the pin. Weak bodyslam by James. Covers for a quick two count. Abyss powers out of a headlock. Spinebuster by Abyss. Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! B.G. James once again takes the advantage after blocking a few punches and connecting with some forearms. B.G. James charges, Abyss moves, and the referee is knocked silly! B.G. James scores with a crappy looking standing spinebuster. Could have been done a hell of a lot better though. Hooks the leg, but the referee is still out! B.G. James hits an ugly looking bulldog off the ropes. Pin, but Abyss is out just before the three count. James walks into a drop toe hold. The two competitors end up in the corner, grappling. The referee tries to break them up, but Abyss pushes him away. The ref tries again, and this time James is the one to shove the referee away...and that prompts a double DQ decision from the referee!

A video is played, hyping the upcoming Bret Hart vs Hulk Hogan match.

Brian Lee vs Don Harris.

Match Background: This will be a hardcore bout.

The Match: Brian Lee strikes Don Harris. Brian Lee uses a big bag of popcorn to floor Don. I wonder if butter adds impact. Don gets splashed in the corner. Don gets splashed in the corner. Don kicks Brian Lee in the gut to reverse the momentum. Don chair shots Brian Lee. Big clothesline from Don. Hooks the leg for a two count. Brian Lee comes up with a right hand out of nowhere. Weak bodyslam by Killdozer. Hooks the leg for a two count. Side suplex from Killdozer. Hooks the leg! ONE...TWO...NO! Don reverses a Brian Lee hammerlock. Killdozer receives some punishment by Don Harris but with that horrid offense, we're the only ones truly being punished. Don goes for a splash but Killdozer puts the knees up. Brian Lee hits a right hand on Don Harris. Brian Lee moves in for the kill. Here it comes - Prime Time Slam. 1....2...3, it's finished. Don Harris gives a murderous look toward Brian Lee...and attacks! Killdozer gets dropped to the canvas, then battered with a barrage of rights and lefts. Don picks him up...and launches him over the top rope to the outside. A small measure of revenge has been taken.

Lollipop is in the ring. Out from the back comes Don Harris, who climbs into the ring and begins threatening her. Sting comes running out from the back and slides in, blocking Don from getting his hands on Lollipop. They brawl, and Sting gets the advantage. Don Harris gets knocked to the ground by Sting. Don Harris gets locked in the Scorpion Deathlock! Don Harris goes limp! Lollipop hugs Sting for making the save.

B.G. James and Konnan vs America's Most Wanted.

Match Background: This match is for the NWA Tag Team titles.

The Match: Fallaway slam by James Storm puts down Konnan. Storm hits a piledriver on Konnan. That used to end matches, you know. Hooks the leg for a two count. Storm tags out to Chris Harris. Chris Harris scoops up Konnan. Storm bounces off the ropes and hits a flying Hart Attack clothesline. Fallaway slam by Chris Harris puts down Konnan. Hooks the leg for a two count. Wildcat slams Konnan. Konnan blocks a kick from Chris Harris. Flapjack from Konnan on Wildcat. Konnan tags out to B.G. James. Wildcat gets splashed in the corner. Powerslam from B.G. James on Wildcat. Chris Harris pulls a mule kick out of nowhere. Tag to James Storm. Massive backbreaker on James and I get happy flashbacks to Bret Hart's Five Moves of DOOM. James Storm scores with a standing spinebuster. Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! I would have bought that as the finish! Storm scoops and slams B.G. James. What's the difference between a scoop slam and a body slam anyway? B.G. James once again takes the advantage after blocking a few punches and connecting with some forearms. B.G. James hits a sloppy double axe handle off the top. James Storm can barely stand. Piledriver! 1....2....3.

Amazing Red vs Jonny Storm.

Match Background: None.

The Match: Red walks into a high dropkick from Jonny Storm, almost losing several teeth in the process. Jonny hits a dropkick on Amazing Red and gets right back up. Hooks the leg for a two count. Amazing Red powers out of a Jonny Storm headlock. Second rope flying axe handle, Jonny goes down. One day, Red might even consider coming off the top with that. You know...for more impact and stuff. Jonny walks into a high dropkick from Amazing Red, almost losing several teeth in the process. Flying elbow from Amazing Red connects. Jonny pushes out of a Amazing Red hold. Super kick by Jonny Storm. Jonny Storm has Amazing Red down on the canvas and is ascending the corner. Off the top - Swandive Headbutt, forget about it. 1....2...3!

Hulk Hogan is backstage. I'm actually looking forward to this and you should too! He was on Hype Central (HYPE CENTRAL!!!) tonight, this time for a match with Bret Hart.

Bret Hart vs Hulk Hogan.

Match Background: This will be a texas death bout. Hogan is making his debut at this show. This match is for the NWA World title.

The Match: Hulk Hogan DOESN'T take a page out of Andre the Giant's book and hits an incredibly weak headbutt on Hitman. Bret Hart reverses a hip toss. Hogan takes a chop from Hitman that just STINGS the opponent. Hulk Hogan charges, Hitman moves, and the referee is knocked silly! Hitman DDTs Hulk Hogan. Hooks the leg, but the referee is still out! Hitman drops an elbow...but Hulk Hogan moves out of the way. Hogan hits Hitman with a plastic dinosaur! Powerslam from Hulk Hogan on Hitman. ONE...TWO...THREE. Hogan defeats Hitman. The referee is counting: 5....6....Bret Hart is back up. Flapjack from Hogan on Hitman. Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! I would have bought that as the finish! Hitman flips out of a Hulk Hogan bodyslam attempt. Hitman rams Hogan into a table. ONE...TWO...THREE. Hitman defeats Hogan. The referee is counting: 7....8....Hulk Hogan is back up. Hulk Hogan avoids a Bret Hart avalanche by getting out of the damn way! Sonny Siaki comes running down the aisle and into the ring! Bret Hart turns around. Sonny Siaki spins Hitman around. Sonny Siaki hits the Siakopolis! Siaki leaves the ring, the damage done! The ref gets into position, administers the three count, and it's over. Hulk Hogan pins Hitman. The referee counts to 10, this match is over! Hogan and Siaki tie Bret Hart up in the ropes, then start punching away at him until referees run down and break it up.
