re: Question about TEW

I believe you have to download an update for the game to get real ones in it for TEW. That's what I got from the TEW forum at least

re: Question about TEW

TEW comes with its own original data, called the CornellVerse. It is named after the main character of the data, called Tommy Cornell. Think Kurt Angle's ring skills, Rock's microphone skills and Hogan's popularity and you'll get a picture of his abilities. It is extremely fun and quite challenging to try a game with it.

In TEW05 you can have multiple data sets, so you can keep the original data as well as downloading the real life data.

Speaking of which, I would recommend the Ravex data, but if that doesn't float your boat try out the T-Zone data. Both can be found at The GDS Website. Head for the TEW05 Mods forum and use the search function to find them.

Alternitively try out the DOTT [Death Of The Territories] data. It is the most indepth and accurate dataset out. The hitch is, it's set in around 1983/4. Very good fun though. There is a also a superb 1993 Mod around somewhere. Both are on the GDS website.
