This IS Naughty Dog's first MP game, and it's quite evident:

• Spawning: spawn camping is easy in this game, as spawns are restricted to one area and can be predicted (this is forgivable though, spawning is one of the hardest things to get right).

• Connection: Random disconnects are almost frequent

They absolutely NAILED the teamwork aspect though. In a game mode called Plunder, there's a treasure in the middle of the map, and the teams have to pick it up and bring it back to treasure chest in their base. Oh, but here's where your team comes in: sometimes, the score point is ABOVE you. You have to throw it up there, and a teammate will score it. You could do it by yourself, but it takes too long.

plunder and deathmatch are very good, but its cooperative that really stood out for me.

I just played this for a few games and it's not bad. My only real complaint is that I wish people died quicker, but that's my basic complaint for most games.

Guys I am going on PS3 in about a half hour to try it out. I hope it is as good as they say it is! The graphics seem immense.

The download is taking forever... It's finally 80%, but the whole thing said in a matter of 61 minutes.

I have played Death Match in the Plaza and so far my impression is bland. The weapons are nice and when you find the right ones, kills happen quicker. The AK-47 (a great weapon in real life) sucks in this game. It takes a lot of shots to kill your enemy with most of the weapons. And two blows with melee attacks?! Overall I like the game so far, I just hope they include a "Hardcore" version online death match.

To be honest it kind of reminds me of Gears of War a little.

When your on the matchmaking menu go to playlist press X and you can switch between competitive and cooperative

I am going to try cooperative.

I have really enjoyed it so far, but it takes me around 10 minutes to find a game, is there anyway of speeding this up. Like partying up or something?

So I'm not the only one, the beta is fun, but its grueling have to wait so long to find players.

It DOES take alot of bullets to kill people, that's just how it is. But you would like to die in one burst shot (Call of Duty 4, anybody?)?
