Johnny would try to throw a punch, Niko would counter, and break Johnny's arm.

In both hand to hand and gun fighting Niko would win without a problem. Niko was a soldier and to me has way more experience when it comes to fighting. Johnny is just a biker dude...really nothing more.

Most soldiers train in firearms, too.

Again, Johnny's simply a thug, nothing more.

Johnny is pretty cool, but realistically Niko is the better fighter.

Soldiers are trained into killing machines which niko is one, Thugs are just untrained, but they still can do alot without training but i think it would go a bit more towards niko.

Definitely Niko, and Johnny knows it...in the museum (crossover) mission in TLAD, as I was on my way outside, there are dead bodies everywhere downstairs and Johnny says something like "Damn! That Niko Bellic's a crazy motherf----r, I'm glad he's on my side!" or something similar. Johnny knows Niko's a badass.
