if the level i am thinking of is the reactor then keep looking around a bit then you will reach a massive machine and at the side of it will be multiple bridges jump higher and higher until you see a bridge with a door go through and you should be able to do the rest I haven't played the game in a while so I am afraid that if i have the wrong level then I am sorry.
