Hello,
I just finished playing MGS but I got the ending with octacon instead of Meryl. I did not submit to the torture, in fact I was tortured in 2 sets and both times it was for 3 rounds. Someone on the forum said that your supposed to be tortured at least 4 times per set. Also, near the end I did not fight the ninja? Was I supposed to fight Cyborg Ninja, because I already beat him before. Or is this a different Ninja. Once I insterd the 3rd Pal key in the control room, I went outside and I followed Liquid Snake and than I fought the REX twice, and then I fought Liquid Snake a couple of times because the time limit expired. After, the fight was over Otacon came instead of Meryl. Can anyone help me or tell what's going on?  | |

I don't know...you have done everything right, but you should have gotten the Meryl ending with the Bandana...

no your not supposed to fight the ninja at the end but wierd about the ending sure you didnt submit in one of the tortures
