We would like:

- 1+ KDR (not necessary just a starting off point to weed through the applications)
- Be able to use 2 to 3 classes extremely well, but focus is on engineer and tactician for battles
- Have battle experience not just only playing on public servers
- Must hate to lose, we are competetive and are working our way up to the top.
