	I'm pretty sure it physically can't happen. A pokemon can't hold Key Items. The coding doesn't allow it. So even if a hacker knew how to do it in theory, you would never get a working item as a result. The Caterpie example you used is normal, but what you're asking is like asking for a lvl 100 Arceus holding a Mew. It's not possible.
