I'm pretty sure it physically can't happen. A pokemon can't hold Key Items. The coding doesn't allow it. So even if a hacker knew how to do it in theory, you would never get a working item as a result.

The Caterpie example you used is normal, but what you're asking is like asking for a lvl 100 Arceus holding a Mew. It's not possible.

That was the problem with the Eon tickets back in Ruby and Sapphire. You could get the item no problem, but you needed an extra code to make it work. Even now, you can get a heaven's pipe with almost no effort, but it's another matter to have it bring you to Arceus.

However, I can not give it a key-item because this is not supported by the Gen4 Engine.

Meaning, that it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to give it to you.
