I beat the game on acolyte...the gold trophy for complete all missions is still locked.

Ok never mind... I got a silver for the acolyte completion. The gold trophy refers to mission mode I'm guessing.

yeah there is only two golden trophies dude the first is master the path of the master ninja and the other one is all missions successfully completed.
