Who are you talking about? The only player I can think of would have to be Tyrone "Muggsy" Bogues. He just seemed to be another average NBA player. He was also the shortest at 5'3"

He was not in the game because when the rosters had to be final for the game to be produced, he had not signed a contract with the Houston Rockets, so EA could not include him until he had signed with the Rockets. Stupid rule, but hey, at least he'll be in 2004.
