...crapping their pants in anticipation?

I get that most people are excited for the Wii version(granted, I would be too if I had a Wii), but since I only own a PS2, it's such a freaking relief to know I get to enjoy this as well. Hopefully it will live up to my expectations, and not completely tarnish the first SH title.

What do you hope to see and what NOT to see? I hope to see more Lisa. Hope not to see Pyramid Head. He's the coolest character in video game history, but he wasn't in the first Silent Hill, and I'm a believer that he was a physical manifestation of James' twisted sexual desires(though I wish I could believe he really is a sort of punisher for all sinners, just so I would be more excited to see him show up).

No I think this is an epic fail, no more rusted bloody enviroments frozen instead, no more combat, all you do is look at your hi tech phone for clues, it's a shitty look at the first game, so nope not wasting my time on this one where all you do is run away. Graphics look aweful.

Give me a good explanation as to why the other Silent Hill games suck?

None of the original games froze over thats why it sucks it turned into bloody metal meshes with bodies in horrible positons, bondage I doubt this will have the chilling sound track.

All you seem to do is bitch about my view I know that it will not get a high rating none of the other none team silent games did any good except maybe sh4 but that one sucked overall but had a few cool things it was better than any of these mistakes from other developers.

This isn't the original game. Why is it so hard for you to understand that this is a REIMAGINING. It's like someone took SH and remade it to how THEY thought it'd be good. It may not be to your liking, but it's sparked some interest in other Silent Hill fans like me.

I'm certainly looking forward to this game, I've been playing Fatal Frame IV on my Wii, the Wii is just awesome for Horror games, hence why so many are coming out for it now. =D

Sorry but I have no faith in climax or in any of their games especially silent hill games. I have been dissapointed from the other non team silent silent hill games why would this be any different?

They say it's cannon but it's clearly not if you listen too their interview that would mean it's like a remake in a sense.

Ah yes very true, that is something we can agree on.

Climax should not of said that, there making it look like a remake instead of a re-imagining when they said that.
