I don't know, since the first game was 1191, and the Renaisance started in the late 1600's, early 1700's.

The picture looks crappy and photoshopped as well.
I rather not play in WWII, because how would you use the Hidden blade and such? They would have to reinvent the whole combat system etc. I'm not saying it's impossible, just saying it would be odd. There's even the possibility that in future games Desmond will go to a few different ancestors within one game. That could be interesting. I could see maybe them using WWII as a reference to find an artifact but I can't see a whole game based on it. | |

Cool to the female assasin part but WW2 kinda would make it odd, such a big time jump.
