Tailor Market

I *bleep*ing love to dye my clothes.
Any particular dye you guys have a liking for? I can't get off the crimson red dye over in Florence. The yellow and greenish dye is pretty cool too. I like to distinguish myself, and look brighter than the crowd.

re: Tailor Market

I've tried every dye in the game (as well as Altair's armor) but I can't get away from good 'ol Assassin White. Everything else just looks wrong to me. Some dyes do look cool, such as Wetlands Ebony (I think). But it's always the little things that put me off, such as the colour of the inside of Ezio's cape. >_<

I don't even use Altair's armor. It seems boring to me. I like to see the details of the armor and the vibrant colors.

I only wish we had the option to chose what we want to color dye.

i like the "Wetlands Ebony" (for some reason it looks like the cape also gets colored)

re: Tailor Market

I wish you could dye Altair's armor. Every time I tried it it just stayed black.

Which makes no sense seeing as his armor was white when he wore it...

re: Tailor Market

Altair's Armour and his outfit from the first game are two totally different things. Altair lived for years after the events of Assassin's Creed. I'm guessing he created and wore the armour available in ACII then.

If you dye your clothing while wearing Altair's Armour, as soon as you swap out to another armour, the colour you tried to dye Altair's Armour will actually be on the armour you just changed into.

Which sucks. I don't like Altair's armor because it's colors and especially the stripe sleeves. Ezio's custom armor is rather more attractive.

Altair made the armour, but then locked it up because he said "if it fell into enemy hands, then we'd be done for." because he thought the wearer would be practically invincible.
