 Topic: How do you find all of the ghost characters?

If the number of posts between Squaresoftgamer's posts are too high they will be hidden.

They appear randomly during game play. Like any other NPC they show'll show up eventually and more often once you beat the final boss.
If I'm thinking of the same characters you are (as it's beena while since I'v played, I may be confused)... -------------------
