Why is it every time I go to level 13 of the bonus dungeon I get system error and I have to restart. What can I do to stop this?

what do you mean by system error like what does it show or

It will continue to do that because you are using data drain to much. if you use data drain to often you will get a viral infection and get a system error.
It is part of the game.

How do I get to level 15 then without getting that message?

YOU HAVE TO FIGHT MONSTERS LIKE NORMAL AND THE dAIN drain level will decrease in other words fight like you never had data drain fight like the normal palyers would

the easiest way is to
try not to use data drain that much and use a fairies orb
to see where the safest route is.

i know but if you use fairies orb then
you can see the areas you havent been to and just try to
go through the ones without monsters.

I have use fairy orb, some times all the areas have data bugs and I am force to fight all of them.

I know how you feel. I am on B9-B10 actually right now, and have been surviving on the red warning infection level ever since B3. I even fell about 5 levels since I've been in, making it much harder to lower the infection level. I was on level 99 when I entered, and it's wise to be on that level with Balmung, Kite, and Elk. Give Elk The Staff Of Truth or the Caduceus Staff, and Balmung any level 99 Rare weapon for Blademaster. Give Kite the Sin of Hades, and if you don't drop levels thanks to the stupid bracelet, then you should be able to get there. Good luck!

When you fight a Data Bug then make the final kill with Kite (after Data Draining) and it will lower a little. You can't live on it, so go around and kill the maidens that show up, and put your friends on a Standby/Operation Recover combo. Your gonna need it. *You might want to have them on Standby/First Aid. It works better.
