During Mutation (I think ) you go to that dungeon that Blackrose told you about at the beginning, the Chapel one...There you will get 4 memories (One at a time, simply exit and go back in to get the next one)...you have to meet the phantom characters in Outbreak as well...I think Mimiru is one of them 0_o....well, simply just go to all the dungeons (including the bonus keywords) and you should get the extra 2 characters at the end of Quarantine ...If you didn't do one or the other or both, you will only get Helba....
The two bonus characters are as follows:
Tsukasa: Level = 5 and his weapon is 99 rare
Subaru: Level = 15 and I don't remember if her weapon was good or not -_-
BTW, Helba has Max stats (HP, MP, Magic, Physical etc)
Why bother getting these characters? Well, you need them to complete your friend list, which unlocks a movie or something...Also, there is the novelty of having the SIGN characters
