well it could meant a transition between just a hack an slahs game with a lo of gunifire , to a more martail oriented game with some stealth?, truly redsteel needs stealh to make your life easier the gun figths of the 1st one were a lot and 3 shots= re-starting from checkpoint, altough i have nearly mastered redsteel i think disaster day of crisis, is better.

Anyway, beating the original Red Steel isn't something all that hard to do.

im from latin america *cough* venezuela *cough* i have some one who sell me games at cheap prices from nearly all the world, so i got DDOC and i only 4 titles left to win (which are the hardest ones), anyway PM me for more info and history i migth ask for christmas a recorder to uplaod the games on youtube, and that help people enjoy the games, anyway it is hard to do, overall the ninja of kumori nigths, his poisoned sword means the end of you if it touchs you, and before entering onto the yakuza base (the guys who kidnaoed the actual yakuza that were you allies) it hard due that appart that the enemies have sniper rifles you face yourself with little to no hiding spots

When I said "not hard to beat" I meant that the game itself had flaws that allow other games to be better than it without really trying. I found the difficulty of the game itself to be quite sufficient, though a little up and down for my taste.

i do agree with that man the difficulty is always changing wich is what make it fun, also this game can be played without the wii motion+? or its forcefull to buy it?

It is designed to use Wii MotionPlus, but we don't know whether or not it is required. I would imagine they would try to incorporate the ability to play without WMP, to increase the potential market, but few details are known.

I know I'm definitely going with WMP though. I plan on picking up the Wii Sports Resort bundle when it comes out.

The game is going to be MotionPlus exclusive, according to the latest Nintendo Power.

what i hope is that the wii motion + is not a forcefull accsesorie, i was wanting to buy GH: metallica and World tour and i need the damn guitar

Well, WMP isn't that expensive, and hopefully it will come bundled with several good titles between it's release and the release of this game. In fact, I wouldn't be all that surprised to see a WMP bundled with RS2.

Anyway, I wonder what we will see of this game at E3. A trailer seems definite, probably the one that has already leaked onto the internet, but I wouldn't be surprised to see it playable a Ubisoft's both this year, as well as a big focus of Nintendo's press conference.

well dont thinka t all that nintendo will show up the game at the E3, instead its more probable it will be at the EGGS

Red Steel 2 was discussed in the latest issue of Nintendo Power. Though, it does not look like that it would have blood or any other graphic violence. However, I am kind of disappointed about the story, which is not a continuation of Scott Monroe and Miyu Sato. But it looks like A Fistfull of Dollars with a modern Japanese twist to it. I was hoping to have both Scott and Miyu in it fighting followers of Tokai and keeping the honor of the Sato family. At least in this game, it has more features and it is better in terms of durability (no glitches).

i never got across any glitches in all my saves
