When does your character obtain the ability to use magic??????????????????????

I have a thingy called repulsion but i dont kno how to use it. Im at the dwarf place (mines)

Hmmmmm...yeah that's magic. I don't know why you can't use it though.
Have you checked your MP??
Check the guide on how to activate/use magic, it should be pretty straight forward.

If MP is that blue bar it is full, plus i rented the game without the manual so i dont kno how to activate magic, how do u activate magic?????????

Yes it is the blue bar.
Ohhh I hate when it comes without a manual. Magic should be the B button, but I forget, I've been busy playing Metal Gear Solid 2, so try different combos to see when you switch between magic and weapons.

You press the B button to use and you press the d-pad up/down to cycle through magic spells!

when you use the d-pad up and down your selcetion of spells appear like metal gear solid. If you dont have any spells then it wont work. dont forget you can only use one spell at a time. ( unlike NUMBER 2!)
