Has anyone figure out how to get any cheats to work on the XBox version? I'm really curious, cuz I like to cheat with a few things after I've beaten the game.

There is the really simple dupe technique, that's all I know of, I figured it out myself, simplest dupe ever.
Get a few good items, worth duping, drop them all on the ground, then select change players, and press "Y" to import a character and select the save game file for your current character, and it will reload your character with all of his items while the ones you dropped remain on the ground.
