If I remember rightly, yes everyone does. Lu Bu and Sun Shang Xiang have 3rd ones as well which you need to unlock. For Lu Bu you need to do something in Chi Bi I think (I forget now) and for SSX you need to get every character up to 99'999 points. I'm still working on that one years later. (Though not very often )

Yea it does bring back really good memories. I only have up to DW5 Empires. I want to get 6 really badly, but don't see that happening anytime soon. Also like Pwincess said, are there any more officers that you can play with?
