I am referring to the following image, currently being posted in Guestbooks across the site. Members are beginning to complain about it and it shouldn't be happening.

Let me explain something about the Moderator position on Neoseeker. It's entirely voluntary. There are no wages paid to the members promoted to such positions, and thus, they don't command employee rights on the site. The Administration are under no obligation to give anyone a Moderator position, and likewise, the Moderators all sign contracts through Moderator Requests which are binding and can be referred to at any point by the Administration.

At no time did the recruitment of voluntary Moderators become some sort of diplomatic process that could be decided by Members, whereby those demoted due to private circumstances could be repromoted by some sort of mass uprising. It's unfortunate that a Moderator you all liked had to be demoted, but it's a decision that must be accepted. The only thing that can come from this is trouble for each and every person on that list if it continues. You have this opportunity to stop what you're doing now and let things lie as they are.

New Guestbook signings, discussion threads, signatures, custom titles or modified Neohomes concerning this matter which are created after this thread was posted, will be regarded as a direct refusal to accept what I have said and will identify that person as a troublemaker. Don't throw your accounts away over this, please. You have been warned.

SF Note: This guy doesn't mess around guys. I will be closing any uprising threads that occur. You're all fully encouraged to post here, but relating to the game and productively. :)
