Do you think that you will be able to buy stones for the remake or if it will be the same as the originals where you found a certain pokemon for the man and he would give you one? I personally wish to buy the stones as there was a lack of them available in the originals.

Hmm..interesting question.
I think the reason there were only one of each stone in the games was because there really weren't all that many Pokemon to use them. Now with the 493 Pokemon there are a lot more that need stones to evolve. I think maybe putting them as a prize at the Game Corner for really high prices might be a good idea. That would be better then one of each stone at least.. | |

Do you recall that you could get evolution Stones in G/S/C via Mystery Gift?
Well, for HG/SS, i give you the Pokewalker! It's already been said that you will be able to get itmes from it by 'buying' them with your steps, ans you can the presumably send the items to HG/SS. Or... you could just trade pokes from older gen's when stones were abundant. That's what I did in silver, just trade from blue.

I think it'd be cool if they added people who call you up offering the newer evolution stones. It'd make for a bit of an easier national dex filler f'r sure.

I want at least the basic stones to be available for purchase. The Pokewalker is a good idea for that though.

I don't. I think it made that game just that little bit harder when yo have to get the right person's number for them to give you a stone (Much like the School boy on the route below where Sudowoodo is. He gives you a firestone iirc).
