Patches are meant to be applied to ROMS. Discussion about things like that often reach discussion about how/where to acquire ROMS, so it's just outright banned in many forums. I'm not Sakura so I can't say what her stance is, but that's just my two cents.

^What Avalith said and-- When you're asking for something like that, that usually means you are asking for links. Linking to stuff like that is just not allowed. Even if it's something that is somehow legal, then it is usually linking to a website with a bunch of illegal stuff on it. ^^;

Because that's been the general consensus with the various Pokemon forum mods for Platinum, Heart Gold, and Soul Silver. Clans are not happening unfortunately.
