A Few Questions

1. Should i buy The disc with both episodes or GTA IV

2. If i buy GTA IV and download The Ballad of Gay Tony does it do anything for multiplayer

3. Which is better TLAD or The Ballad of Gay Tony

re: A Few Questions

1. As a GTA IV fan I would recommend you get the full game plus both DLC's, there's a hell of alot of gameplay to be had with all that.

2. Downloading BoGT doesn't do anything to the multiplayer. Each game; GTA IV, Lost & Damned and Ballad of Gay Tony have their own multiplayer modes.

3. It's a bit hard to say which is best right now as BoGT isn't out yet but judging from the trailers and the fact that we're going to be getting all kinds of crazy new vehicles, choppers and weapons not to mention parachutes I'm definately more excitied for this than I was for Lost & Damned.

Having said that tho, Lost & Damned was really fun, had an interesting story and some great new features. My advice is, if you're a GTA fan and you don't mind shelling out then get the whole package.

re: A Few Questions

If you're a GTA fan, you'll want the whole package. I'd advise getting Episodes from Liberty City, even if you do have Xbox Live.
If you do, you also get Vice City FM as a Radio Station that isn't available in the DLC.

I don't think it has any effect on the multiplayer features.

Ok, the missions and the overall game itself were absolutely intense, way more fun that TLAD and GTAIV put together. It isn't just "go to a location, kill the guys, escape" sorta thing.
You actually got a wide variety of fun missions and content to do including drug wars, and base jumping.
With that being said, the missions are extremely hard the first time around which can lead to some serious frustration. All in all, the total package is great fun.

re: A Few Questions

Ballad of Gay Tony has some of the best missions in any GTA game. I don't wanna give anything away but there's this one mission that involves snipers that's almost worth the price tag alone.

Oh and another good thing is that when you complete the game you get to replay any mission. I don't know about anyone else but for me this is a great addition as there are always so many different ways you can complete a mission in GTA.

You should get Episodes from Liberty City.
Think about it- you save money.

Both have seperate multiplayer online modes.

Lost and Damned gets incredible towards the end but it's really just gunfight after gunfight.

Ballad has more variety to it, and in many ways would make it more appealing- not to mention that there is also a more interesting mivture of choices to do when not in missions.
