Tell us about yourself, where you're from, what kind of members you're looking for. Just advertising a link won't do any good -- people see the vagueness and move on. I certainly didn't click the link to check. However, if you'd posted perhaps: "A small UK clan looking for mature players of any age, we're the kind of guys that are playing for fun and while we do competitively game, our community is our main priority!" and so on, you might snap up the notice of more players.
