I'm sure this game will get plenty of blind rage from a number of FF fans anyway, though. That's how it was for FFXI.

	Apparently the original article was actually complimenting the announcement and that the reactions weren't out of hate for the game, but out of surprise and joy and other such positive emotions... I suggest they get better writers... -------------------

Basically I hate people who hate games before they have already sat down and played them. Or ones who claim this game will set a new standard of crazy before there is even any game play footage. Foolishness. Well, I can agree with you to a certain point, but if we all followed that logic, 20 year old males should try out Hannah Montana games. There are certain games that people do not like, their personal preference. MMO is a genre that you either become addicted to or never pick up to play. If someone has had bad experiences playing MMO in the past, another MMO is not going to appeal to them. FFXI got heat for being an MMO, it is only natural that FFXIV gets heat for the same reason... -------------------

	I first started with FFVII which I love and love playing, as well as FFVIII But what I love the most is FFXI online because its the first game I have ever played on my computer! and i love the interaction with other people in other countries or right here! and I am still playing it Now the reactions in the video! I didn't take them as being negative! I know when I get excited I say "what the h3ll" because I can't believe what I just saw! there was no negativity in that persons voice and if you can tell he was excited by it as well! We don't know! what the game is about, video's are always misleading and there could be more to it, we just have to wait and see! I am glad they are coming out with another Online game! Now I was reading somewhere that they maybe introducing this game to nintendo wii or I might be mistaken on it! I guess there is a wand that has been created to use with this game or maybe its with another game! someone if you know! can you fill me in on that! I know they stated this was going to be for PS3 only but its also for computer! so who is to say! FFXI started on PS2 and computer and then moved to xbox 360 so if they can do that they can do anything! But as the saying goes "don't knock it until you try it"

There's a lot of pple who devoted a lot of time into FFXI, and they feel betrayed that SE is releasing another one "so soon." Personally, I'm glad they're releasing it (I only had FFXI for a year and a few months now).
